Abstract

ENGLISH : Science process skills are one of the skills that students must have to support their learning activities. One way to improve students' science process skills is to apply the Teaching Transformative Experience Science (TTES) learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of each stage of the Teaching Transformative Experience Science (TTES) learning model and to improve students' sans process skills after the implementation of the Teaching Transformative Experience Science (TTES) learning model on momentum and impulse material. The method used in this study is a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study were students of class X MIA 4 MAN 1 Tasikmalaya with a total of 16 students. The results showed that the implementation of the Teaching Transformative Experience Science (TTES) learning model was going well with an average percentage of teacher activity of 77% and students of 74%. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test, the t-count value is 15.253 and the t-table value is 2.131 (tcount> ttable) with a significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in the science process skills of students after the implementation of the Teaching Transformative Experience Science (TTES) learning model with an N-gain value of 0.66 in the medium category. INDONESIA : Keterampilan proses sains merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki peseta didik untuk menunjang kegiatan pembelajarannya. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik ialah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Teaching Transformative Experience Science (TTES). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan setiap tahapan model pembelajaran Teaching Transformative Experience Science (TTES) dan peningkatan keterampilan proses sans peserta didik setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Teaching Transformative Experience Science (TTES) pada materi momentum dan impuls. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X MIA 4 MAN 1 Tasikmalaya dengan jumlah 16 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran Teaching Transformative Experience Science (TTES) berlangsung baik dengan persentase rata-rata aktivitas guru sebesar 77% dan peserta didik sebesar 74%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 15,253 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 2,131 (thitung > ttabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Teaching Transformative Experience Science (TTES) dengan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,66 pada kategori sedang.
