Abstract
INDONESIA : Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menjadikan media online terkhusus media sosial menjadi media yang dimanfaatkan oleh Seksi Pengolahan dan Penyedian Data Informasi sebagai langkah membangun citra positif lembaga. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena instagram diskom info kurang adanya respon atau timbal balik dari masyarakat sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti hal tersebut dari segi pengelolaannya seperti apa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penentuan masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi yang dilakukan seksi pengolahan dan penyedian data informasi Diskominfo Kota Sukabumi dalam mengelola media sosial instagram dalam membangun citra lembaga. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep empat tahapan proses kerja public relations atau four steap public relations didalamnya meliputi beberapa pengumpulan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara dan observasi partisipan pasif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa seksi pengolahan dan penyedian data informasi Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Sukabumi dalam pengelolaan media sosial instagram dalam membangun citra lembaga menggunakan empat tahapan proses fich finding, dengan menentukan masalah melalui penentuan konten instagram dan pengaduan masyarakat. Kedua planning, ada kegiatan dibuat konten dan di unggah di media sosial instagram, ketiga Actions pelaksanaan adanya tim eksekutir lapangan dan admin pembuatan juga pengunggahan konten. Keempat evaluations, menilai keberhasilan program dari insigh instahram dan pusat informasi. ENGLISH : The development of information and communication technology has made online media, especially social media, a medium used by the Information Data Processing and Provision Section as a step to build a positive image of the institution. This research was conducted because there was a lack of response or feedback from the public on Instagram, so that researchers were interested in researching this in terms of how it was managed. This study aims to determine the determination of the problem, planning, implementation and evaluation carried out by the processing and data supply section of the Sukabumi City Discominfo in managing Instagram social media in building the image of the institution. The concept used in this research is the concept of four stages of public relations work process or four steam public relations in which includes several collections, planning, implementation and evaluation. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The data collection used in this research is by interview and passive participant observation. Based on the results of the research in the field, it can be concluded that the section on processing and providing information data from the Sukabumi City Communication and Information Office in managing Instagram social media in building the image of the institution uses four stages of the fich finding process, by determining the problem through determining Instagram content and public complaints. The second is planning, there are activities to create content and upload it on social media Instagram, the third is the implementation of the Actions team of field executives and admins for making and uploading content. The fourth evaluations, assessing the success of the program from insigh instagam and information center.
