Abstract

INDONESIA : Riset ini berupaya menganalisis tradisi pembacaan surat Al-Mulk dan Al-Waqi’ah di Pondok Pesantren Kebon Jambu Al – Isalamy Babakan, Ciwaringin, Cirebon, sebagai salah satu fenomena living quran dalam masyarakat pesantren. Tradisi ini bukan sekadar ritual ibadah sebagaimana umumnya. Lebih dari itu, tradisi ini dipercaya menghasilkan nilai tambah bagi pesantren dan para santri baik secara lahir maupun batin, seperti kemajuan pesantren dari segi fisik, kelancaran pembelajaran, dan ketenangan hati-pikiran dalam belajar ilmu agama. Nilai tambah tersebut dalam bahasa agama Islam disebut dengan keberkahan. Oleh karena itu, penting menganalisis korelasi antara pembacaan surat Al-Mulk dan Al-Waqi’ah di pesantren tersebut dan konsep berkah yang dipahami oleh semua unsur hidup di dalamnya. Tujuan mendasar dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui intisari kandungan Surat al–Mulk dan Al – Waqi’ah , 2) Mengkaji korelasi Surat Al – Mulk dan Surat Al – Waqi’ah dengan konsep keberkahan hidup, 3) Mengetahui respon santri Pondok Pesantren Jambu al Islamy terhadap pembiasaan bacaan Surat Al – Mulk dan Al – Waqi’ah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif study living qur’an dengan menggunakan teknik Field research (kajian lapangan), yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara turun langsung ke lapangan dengan menggunakan instrument wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut : Inti pokok-pokok surah Al-Mulk terdiri dari hidup, mati, ujian bagi manusia, kekuasaan Allah dalam menciptakan langit yang berlapis-lapis, ancaman Azab bagi orang-orang Kafir, Janji Allah kepada orang mukmin. Isi dari surat Al – Waqiah menceritakan tentang bagaimana kiamat terjadi. Ada balasan bagi orang mukmin dan Orang Kafir. Adapun fadhilah dari surat Al – Waqiah antara lain: Rezeki yang melimpah, dilindungi dari kemudharatan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, santri pondok pesantren kebon Jambu al – Islamy sangat merespon baik dengan adanya pembiasaan membaca surat Al – Mulk bakda sholat duha dan pembacaan surat Al – Waqiah bakda sholat isya. Pondok Pesantren Kebon Jambu seperti mendapatkan berkah dari dawamnya bacaan surat tersebut, terbukti dari meningkatnya jumlah santri dan bertambahnya bangunan fisik di area pesantren. Semua itu diyakini karena keberkahan membaca surat Al – Mulk dan surat Al – Waqiah. Penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan adanya korelasi antara pembacaan surat Al – Mulk dan Al – Waqiah dengan keberkahan hidup. ENGLISH : This study tries to analyze the living quran phenomena which is the tradition of reading surah Al-Mulk and Al-Waqi'ah at Pondok Pesantren Kebon Jambu Al – Islamy Babakan, Ciwaringin, Cirebon. This tradition is not about a worship ritual as usual. More than that, it is believed to be added as the value for pondok pesantren and santri who live there, such as the progress in terms of physicality, significancy of teaching and learning process, and also the peace of mind in studying the knowledge of religious. That is called blessing (Berkah). Therefore, it is important to analyze the correlation between the reading of Surah Al-Mulk and Al-Waqi'ah with the concept of blessing which is understood by all elements of life. The objectives of the research are: 1) Understanding the essence content of Surat al-Mulk and Al-Waqi'ah, 2) examining the correlation between Surah Al-Mulk and Surah Al-Waqi'ah with the concept of the blessing’s life, 3) Knowing the response of students Pesantren kebon Jambu al Islamy towards the habit of reading Surah Al - Mulk and Al - Waqi'ah. The type of research is qualitative descriptive study living qur'an by using field research techniques, which is research conducted by going directly to the field using interview instruments, observations and documentation. The results of this research are as follows: The essence of surah Al-Mulk consists of life, death, trials for humans, Allah's power in creating a multi-layered sky, Allah's command to pay attention to the contents of the universe, The promise of Allah to the believers, Allah's warning to the people who deny Him. While, the content of the surah Al - Waqiah tells about how the end of the world happened. There is a reward for both believers and unbelievers. As for the fadhilah of the surah Al - Waqiah, among others: Abundant sustenance, Protected from harm, Facilitated sakarotul Death, Will not be afflicted with poverty, Intercession is given on the Day of Resurrection. Based on the results of the interview, the santri of the Kebon Jambu al-Islamy Islamic boarding school responded very well to the habit of reading the Al-Mulk after Dhuha prayer and reading the Al-Waqiah after the evening prayer. Kebon Jambu Islamic Boarding School seems to have received a blessing from the reading of the surah, as evidenced by the increase in the number of students and the increase in physical buildings in the pesantren area. All of this is believed to be due to the blessing of reading Surah Al - Mulk and Surah Al - Waqiah. Akhirul Kalam, this researcher has succeeded in proving that there is a correlation between the reading of the surah Al-Mulk and Al-Waqiah with the blessings’ life.
