Abstract

Saat ini, bisnis semakin berkembang dan kian diminati masyarakat. Namun ketika akan merintis sebuah bisnis, banyak pelaku bisnis yang tidak menyadari pentingnya analisis kelayakan bisnis. Padahal analisis kelayakan bisnis sangat penting dilakukan agar nantinya bisnis tidak membuang waktu dan pemikiran secara percuma. Dalam analisis kelayakan bisnis, terdapat satu aspek penting ytiu aspek teknis melalui pendekatan lokasi bisnis. Lokasi bisnis merupakan hal yang kompleks untuk ditentukan, karena akan mempengaruhi jalannya bisnis untuk kedepannya. Pada era informasi saat ini dapat diramalkan kelayakan lokasi bisnis dengan cepat menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK). Metode yang digunakan ialah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) karena dalam metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) terdapat proses perangkingan yang dapat mengurutkan alternatif lokasi dari yang paling layak. Dalam pengaplikasiannya pada kelayakan lokasi bisnis, sistem dan metode ini dapat menggambarkan dengan cepat bagaimana kondisi lokasi suatu bisnis apakah lokasi tersebut layak atau tidak untuk menjalankan sebuah bisnis, sehingga dapat dilakukan pengambilan keputusan mengenai lokasi bisnis tersebut. ABSTRACT Currently, business is growing and increasingly in demand by the community. However, when starting a business, many businessman don’t realize the importance of a feasibility analysis. Even though feasibility analysis is very important to do, so in the future the business do not wasting time and thought uselessly. In the feasibility analysis, there’s one important aspect, namely the technical aspect through the business location approach. Business location is a complex thing to determine, because it will affect the course of the business in the future. In the current information age, the feasibility of a business location can be quickly predicted using a decision support system (DSS). The method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method because in the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method there are a ranking process that can sort the alternative locations from the most feasible. In its application to the feasibility of a business location, these systems and methods can quickly describe the conditions of a business location, whether the location is feasible or not to run a business, so that decisions can be made about the location of the business.
