Abstract
INDONESIA : Hasil perolehan survei PISA siswa Indonesia yang menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa Indonesia masih berada pada tataran LOTS. Menindaklanjuti hal tersebut pemerintah Republik Indonesia membuat kebijakan untuk mengintegrasikan HOTS dalam pembelajaran. Namun dari beberapa berita di media, siswa terlihat belum mampu menguasai HOTS dan guru masih kesulitan dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. Hal tersebut terjadi karena belum dibiasakannya pembelajaran berbasis HOTS, sedangkan pembelajaran dan penilaian berbasis HOTS harus dibiasakan dari tingkat sekolah dasar. Sebagai upaya untuk mengetahui kondisi riil yang terjadi peneliti menyusun penelitian di MI Ibrahim Ulul Azmi berkaitan dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam penerapan penilaian pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru kelas dalam perumusan penilaian dan penyusunan soal evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis HOTS, mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan guru kelas tentang pembelajaran dan penilaian berbasis HOTS, dan mengetahui pelaksanaan penerapan penilaian pembelajaran berbasis HOTS di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner, studi dokumen, dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif model Miles-Huberman dengan tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Analisis satuan data menggunakan analisis data angket, analisis data studi dokumen, dan analisis data hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas guru kelas sudah mengetahui dan memahami tentang latar belakang kebijakan, tujuan penerapan, serta karakteristik pembelajaran dan penilaian berbasis HOTS. Guru kelas sudah menerapkan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. Namun, dari sejumlah 11 guru kelas yang menjadi responden, nilai kompetensi rata-rata yang diperoleh guru dalam perumusan penilaian pembelajaran dan penyusunan soal evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis HOTS di MI Ibrahim Ulul Azmi adalah 66,36 dan termasuk pada kategori ‘cukup’. Faktor penghambat penerapan penilaian pembelajaran berbasis HOTS di MI Ibrahim Ulul Azmi berkaitan dengan ketersediaan media pembelajaran yang masih minim, serta kompetensi guru yang masih harus dikembangkan. Sedangkan faktor pendukungnya ada pada potensi guru yang baik untuk dapat mengembangkan kompetensinya, serta dukungan dari pihak yayasan yang memberikan dukungan terhadap peningkatan kualitas di madrasah. ENGLISH : The results of the PISA survey of Indonesian students show that the ability of Indonesian students is still at the LOTS level. Following up on this, the government of the Republic of Indonesia made a policy to integrate HOTS in learning. However, from some news in the media, students seem to have not been able to master HOTS and teachers are still having difficulties in delivering HOTS-based learning. This happens because HOTS-based learning has not been accustomed to, while HOTS-based learning and assessment must be familiarized from the elementary school level. In an effort to find out the real conditions that occur, the researchers compiled a study at MI Ibrahim Ulul Azmi related to the pedagogic competence of teachers in the application of HOTS-based learning assessment. This study aims to determine the competence of classroom teachers in the formulation of assessments and preparation of HOTS-based learning evaluation questions, to describe the knowledge of classroom teachers about HOTS-based learning and assessment, and to determine the implementation of the implementation of HOTS-based learning assessments in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive-analytical method with a qualitative approach. Collecting data using questionnaires, document studies, and interviews. Data analysis used the Miles-Huberman model quantitative data analysis technique with stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Analysis of data units using questionnaire data analysis, document study data analysis, and interview data analysis. The results of the study indicate that the majority of classroom teachers already know and understand the background of the policy, the objectives of implementation, and the characteristics of HOTS-based learning and assessment. Class teachers have implemented HOTS-based learning and assessment. However, from a total of 11 classroom teachers who became respondents, the average competency score obtained by teachers in the formulation of learning assessments and preparation of HOTS-based learning evaluation questions at MI Ibrahim Ulul Azmi was 66.36 and included in the 'enough' category. The inhibiting factor for the implementation of HOTS-based learning assessment at MI Ibrahim Ulul Azmi is related to the availability of learning media which is still minimal, and teacher competencies that still need to be developed. While the supporting factors are the potential of good teachers to be able to develop their competencies, as well as support from the foundations that provide support for quality improvement in madrasah.
