Abstract

INDONESIA : Kegiatan-kegiatan Kelompok Kerja Madrasah Aliyah 5 di Kabupaten Garut belum semunya terlaksana dan tidak diikuti oleh seleuruh Madrasah anggota serta individu Kepala Madrasah. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendeksripsikan hasil analisis terhadap Persepsi Kepala Madrasah Swasta terhadap kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh KKM-5 Kabuppaten Garut; Motivasi Kepala Madrasah dalam kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh KKM-5 Kabupaten Garut; Sikap Kepala Madrasah terhadap kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh KKM-5 Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitif dengan jenis penelitian Studi kasus dan bersifat fenomenologis. Data dikumpulkn dengan metoda studi dokumentasi, pengamatan dan wawanara mendalam. Teori Manajemen yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalah teori perilaku oganisasi dari Stephen Robbin dan Timothy Judge. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penyebab program Kelompok Kerja Madrasah Aliyah 5 di Kabupaten Garut tidak seluruhnya terlaksana dengan baik adalah belum mandiri terutama dari segi pendanaan, banyaknya anggota yang rangkap jabatan, jaraj antara madrasah yang berjauhan dan ketidakjelasan regulasi serta mekanisme pengelolaan Kelompok Kerja Madrasah. ENGLISH : The activities of the Madrasah Aliyah 5 Working Group in Garut Regency have not been fully implemented and are not attended by all Madrasah members and individual Madrasah principals. This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of the Perceptions of the Head of Private Madrasahs of the activities organized by the KKM-5 Garut Regency; Motivation of the Head of Madrasah in activities organized by KKM-5 Garut Regency; The attitude of the Head of Madrasah towards the activities organized by KKM-5 Garut Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research and is phenomenological. The data were collected using the method of documentation study, observation and in-depth interviews. The management theory used to analyze the data is the organizational behavior theory by Stephen Robbin and Timothy Judge. The results showed that the cause of the Madrasah Aliyah 5 Working Group program in Garut Regency was not entirely implemented properly was that it was not yet independent, especially in terms of funding, the large number of members who had multiple positions, jaraj between madrasas that were far away and the unclear regulations and management mechanisms of the Madrasah Working Group. ARAB : لم يتم تنفيذ أنشطة مجموعات عمل المدارس العليا الخمس في غاروت ريجنسي بالكامل ولم يحضرها جميع أعضاء المدرسة ومديري المدرسة الفرديين. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف نتائج تحليل تصورات رئيس المدارس الخاصة للأنشطة التي نظمتها مجموعة عمل المدارس الإسلامية الخمس في غاروت ريجنسي. تحفيز رئيس المدرسة في الأنشطة التي نظمتها مجموعات عمل المدرسة العليا الخمس في غاروت ريجنسي ؛ موقف رئيس المدرسة من الأنشطة التي تنظمها مجموعات عمل المدرسة العليا الخمس في غاروت ريجنسي. تستخدم هذه الدراسة نهجًا نوعيًا مع نوع بحث دراسة الحالة والظواهر. تم جمع البيانات باستخدام أسلوب دراسة التوثيق والملاحظة والمقابلات المتعمقة. نظرية الإدارة المستخدمة لتحليل البيانات هي نظرية السلوك التنظيمي لستيفن روبين وتيموثي جودج. أظهرت النتائج أن سبب عدم تنفيذ برنامج مجموعة عمل المدارس العليا الخمسة في غاروت ريجنسي بشكل صحيح هو أنه لم يكن مستقلاً بعد ، لا سيما من حيث التمويل ، وعدد الأعضاء الذين شغلوا مناصب متعددة ، والجراج بين المدارس التي كانت بعيدًا عن اللوائح وآليات الإدارة غير الواضحة لمجموعة عمل المدرسة
