This government vacuum, with the importance of Arabic for Kenyan Muslims, led to the adoption of ngos themselves, and placed the weight of responsibility on them, they founded Islamic schools, and they established Islamic universities at the end of the last century. The results of this study include: scientific and educational problems in the curriculum of Kenyan secondary schools, and the main important reasons for them are: the lack of a unified curriculum under which all secondary schools are impelemented the diversity of available curricula, the weakness of the administrative staff, the lack of budget, and the government's lack of recognition of school certificates. Standardizing the curriculum, seeking independent sources of funding, and seeking school recognition by the Kenyan government.
