Abstract

INDONESIA : Berdasarkan riset Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) pada tahun 2021, potensi zakat di Indonesia sangat besar mencapai Rp327,6 triliun. Sedangkan pada realisasi penghimpunan dana zakat baru terhimpun sebesar Rp71,4 triliun. Salah satu faaktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya penghimpunan dana zakat oleh lembaga amil zakat adalah kepercayaan muzakki untuk menyalurkan zakatnya melalui lembaga amil zakat masih sangat rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen inovasi penghimpunan dana zakat LAZNAS IZI dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan muzakki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Peneliti melakukan eksplorasi keadaan sosial yang akan diteliti sesuai fokus penelitian dan akan diteliti secara empiris, sistematis dan faktual dari hasil pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa perencanaan inovasi LAZNAS IZI terdapat aktivitas perencanaan untuk menentukan target sasaran yang akan dicapai, siapa saja yang akan terlibat dalam pelaksanaan target sasaran dengan memperhatikan Aman Syariah, Aman NKRI dan Aman Regulasi. Pelaksanaan inovasi didalamnya terdapat program inovasi terbaru, mempersiapkan anggaran, aktivitas inovasi digital fundraising dan sistem informasi. Evaluasi inovasi melalui rapat pekanan seluruh staf melaporkan aktivitas kerja dan persentase target capaiannya. LAZNAS IZI Jawa Barat sudah mengoptimalkan manajemen inovasi dengan baik melalui seluruh tahapan dalam proses manajemen inovasi sehingga menunjukan keberhasilan pada penghimpunan dana zakat yang cukup signifikan. Innovation Management of Zakat Fund Collection (Fundraising) in Increasing Muzakki's Confidence (Descriptive Study at the Indonesian Zakat Initiative National Amil Zakat Institute (LAZNAS IZI) West Java Region. Based on research by the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in 2021, the potential for zakat in Indonesia is very large, reaching IDR 327.6 trillion. Meanwhile, in the realization of collecting zakat funds, only IDR 71.4 trillion was collected. One of the factors causing the low collection of zakat funds by amil zakat institutions is the trust of muzakki to channel their zakat through amil zakat institutions which is still very low. The purpose of this research is to find out the innovation management of LAZNAS IZI zakat funds in increasing muzakki's trust. This research uses a descriptive method. Researchers explore the social conditions that will be examined according to the focus of research and will be examined empirically, systematically and factually from the results of data collection through observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study illustrate that the LAZNAS IZI innovation planning includes planning activities to determine the targets to be achieved, who will be involved in implementing the targets with due regard to Safe Sharia, Safe NKRI and Safe Regulations. The implementation of innovation includes the latest innovation programs, preparing budgets, digital fundraising innovation activities and information systems. Evaluation of innovation through weekly meetings of all staff reporting work activities and the percentage of achievement targets. LAZNAS IZI West Java has optimized innovation management well through all stages in the innovation management process so that it shows significant success in raising zakat funds.
