Abstract

Indonesia: Lumut kerak atau lichenes merupakan simbiosis mutualisme antara fungi dan alga yang saling menguntungkan antar keduanya. Penelitian mengenai lichenes ini masih sangat minim di Indonesia terutama pada Kawasan Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda belum ada data mengenai lichenes, lichenes ini dapat ditemukan pada pohon, bebatuan serta tanah. Lichenes memiliki banyak manfaatnya di antaranya yaitu sebagai bahan obat-obatan, pewarna alami serta bioindikator udara. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menginventarisasi lichenes di Kawasan Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis lichenes secara morfologi, habitat lichenes serta faktor lingkungan pada lichenes. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif eksploratif, identifikasi melihat dari morfologi warna, bentuk thallus dan habitat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwasannya di kawasan Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda terdapat 6 genus yang termasuk kedalam 3 family yaitu Parmaliaceae (4 genus), Ramalinaceae (1 genus) dan Arthoniaceae (1 genus) serta termasuk kedalam 3 kelompok thalus yang berbeda yaitu crustose,fructiose dan foliose, diantra 6 genus tersebut paling banyak ditemukan yaitu pada genus Cryptothecia. Sementara untuk habitat inang sebagain besar pada pohon, dengan faktor lingkungan yang cukup melimpah keberadaan lichenesnya yaitu pada suhu 21°C – 27,5°C,kelembaban udara 60% - 85% dan intensitas cahaya 950 -1024 lux. English Lichenes or licheness are that have a mutual symbiosis between fungi and algae, in this symbiont there is mutual benefit between the two. Research on licheness is still very minimal in Indonesia, especially in the Ir. H. Djuanda has no data regarding lichenes, this lichenes can be found in trees, rocks and soil. Lichenes has many uses, including as a medicinal ingredient, natural dye and air bioindicator. This research was conducted to inventory licheness in the Ir. H. Djuanda with the aim of knowing the types of licheness in morphology, lichenes habitat and environmental factors in licheness. This research was conducted using a descriptive exploratory method, identification by looking at the color morphology, thallus shape and habitat. Based on the results of the research that in the Forest Park area Ir. H. Djuanda there are 6 genera belonging to 3 families namely Parmaliaceae (4 genera), Ramalinaceae (1 genus) and Arthoniaceae (1 genus) and belonging to 3 different thalus groups namely crustose, fructiose and foliose, among the 6 genera the most found in the genus Cryptothecia. Meanwhile for the host habitat, most of it is in trees, with environmental factors that are quite abundant in the presence of licheness, namely at a temperature of 21°C – 27.5°C, humidity of 60% - 85% and light intensity of 950 -1024 lux.
