Abstract

The collaboration between Al-Amanah Middle School in Bandung Regency and the Ponyo Restaurant in Bandung Regency started from the economic need for Al-Amanah Middle School to provide better facilities. Through this collaboration, a restaurant was established and an educational foundation was reopened. This collaboration involves infrastructure such as sound systems, parking lots, places of worship, and road access. A qualitative approach was used in this study, where researchers actively explored, collected, and analyzed data by participating with informants. This research is a multi-site case study that focuses on two private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion. This collaboration aims to achieve common goals between the two institutions, optimize potential, and provide mutual benefits. The basic rules of collaboration are made for effectiveness, clear direction, and positive impact in achieving common goals. Collaborative planning involves detailed steps and foundation meetings are an important point in joint decision making. With structured planning and effective collaboration, the two institutions can harmoniously work together to support quality education. The success of this collaboration shows that sustainable collaboration requires close cooperation, open communication, and an understanding of the benefits that each party derives. After more than 10 years of operation, this collaboration remains successful and mutually beneficial. This shows the importance of cooperation in achieving common goals. Good collaboration can yield greater benefits than individual effort, and the ability to overcome obstacles is the key to success. The collaboration between SMP Al-Amanah and Rumah Makan Ponyo in Bandung Regency has yielded positive and profitable results. This underscores the importance of cooperation in achieving common goals in the context of education and business.
