Thesis, Graduate Program, Master's Degree in Interreligious Studies, State Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Advisors: Dr. Rifki Rosyad, M.A & Dr. Dadang Kuswana, M.Ag. Keywords: Religious Tolerance Culture, Kharisma Bangsa School Tangerang Indonesia, from a sociological perspective, consists of a multicultural society that must be respected, honored, and continuously preserved. It is precisely because of the recognition of this diversity that the nation of Indonesia was formed (Rini Fidiyani, 2013). This diversity is not limited to culture and ethnicity but also encompasses various religions, all of which are united under the values of Pancasila and religious diversity (Kebhinekaan). However, within this diversity, challenges often arise in the form of perspectives, attitudes, and actions that undermine such diversity, leading to exclusive, intolerant, and even extremist behaviors (Muh Anshari, 2020). Therefore, it is essential to instill an understanding of the importance of multi-religious Indonesian identity in every environment, including educational institutions such as schools (Umi Muzayanah, 2017).This research aims to explore the general overview, concept, implementation, and impact of religious tolerance culture at Kharisma Bangsa School Tangerang. The researcher utilized a descriptive research method employing both qualitative and quantitative approaches (Mixed Methods). The qualitative approach was employed to describe religious tolerance, the concept, implementation, and impact of religious tolerance culture at Kharisma Bangsa School Tangerang. Meanwhile, the quantitative approach was used to describe the religious tolerance culture among the students at Kharisma Bangsa School. The findings reveal that Kharisma Bangsa School Tangerang is successful in promoting religious tolerance. The students adapt by emphasizing their shared qualities as fellow students of the same age. Once they become acquainted with each other, religion can become an essential asset for building communication among students. The concept of religious tolerance at Kharisma Bangsa School is inspired by the thoughts of religious tolerance from the scholar M. Fethullah Gulen, which emphasizes that humans are all creations of Allah SWT. Hence, it is not permissible to judge the fate of followers of other religions in the hereafter, as only Allah is the All-Knowing and the Most Forgiving. There is no compulsion in embracing religion. Propagation (dakwah) should be done gently and with compassion. Effective dakwah is achieved through actions, namely by acquiring knowledge and technology. Religious tolerance also means refraining from hurting the feelings of other Islamic groups outside one's own. The implementation of the concept of Religious Tolerance at Kharisma Bangsa School includes: accepting non-Muslim teachers and students, not mandating female students to wear hijab, but providing modest uniforms with long sleeves and skirts. The school develops a curriculum that incorporates topics on religious tolerance. The school provides religious teachers based on the students' respective faiths. The school officially conveys greetings for all religious holidays. The Religious Tolerance Culture at Kharisma Bangsa School Tangerang is beneficial for students in navigating their lives in the future.
