Abstract

INDONESIA Supervisi akademik merupakan fungsi Kepala Madarsah dalam membantu guru meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Namun demikian, berdasarkan kajian literatur dan hasil survei awal pada Madrasah Negeri di Kabupaten Sumedang, diperoleh informasi bahwa supervisi akademik bersifat interogatif, merupakan inspeksi untuk mencari kesalahan, tidak mengarahkan guru untuk berani mencoba hal-hal baru dan belum membantu guru dalam menganalisis kekurangan proses pembelajaran. Untuk itu, diperlukan sistem kepengawasan Kemitraan berbasis Andragogi sehingga pelaksanaan supervisi akademik lebih humanis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan, mengimplementasikan, menganalisis efektifitas, dan mendeskripsikan keunggulan dan keterbatasan sistem kepengawasan Kemitraan berbasis Andragogi pada Madrasah di Kabupaten Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, kuesioner, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah; pertama, dihasilkan disain sistem yang meliputi rasionalisasi, asumsi, tujuan, prinsip, sasaran, komponen, prosedur dan indikator keberhasilan. Kedua, implementasi sistem meliputi tahapan pengkondisian, pengadaan perangkat, kegiatan awal, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut. Ketiga, sistem kepengawasan Kemitraan berbasis Andragogi menunjukan hasil efektif yang dibuktikan adanya peningkatkan pengetahuan Kepala Madrasah dan guru kegiatan supervisi akademik dan peningkatan kompetensi Kepala Madrasah berdasarkan asumsi andragogi. Keempat, diperoleh keunggulan sistem yang dikembangkan berbeda dengan panduan supervisi akademik pada madrasah di Kabupaten Sumedang. ENGLISH Academic supervision is the function of the Madarsah Head in helping teachers improve the quality of learning processes and outcomes. However, based on a literature review and initial survey results at Madrasah in Sumedang Regency, information was obtained that academic supervision is interrogative, is an inspection to look for mistakes, does not direct teachers to dare to try new things and does not help teachers in analyzing deficiencies in the learning process. For this reason, an andragogy-based partnership supervision system is needed so that the implementation of academic supervision is more humane. The aim of this research is to develop, implement, analyze the effectiveness, and describe the advantages and limitations of an andragogy-based partnership supervision system at Madrasas in Sumedang Regency. The method used is research and development (R&D) with data collection techniques of observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The research results are; first, a system design is produced which includes rationalization, assumptions, goals, principles, targets, components, procedures and success indicators. Second, system implementation includes the conditioning stages, equipment procurement, initial activities, implementation and follow-up. Third, the andragogy-based partnership supervision system shows effective results as evidenced by increasing the knowledge of Madrasah Heads and teachers in academic supervision activities and increasing the competency of Madrasah Heads based on andragogical assumptions. Fourth, the superiority of the system developed is different from the academic supervision guidelines for madrasas in Sumedang Regency.
