Abstract

INDONESIA: Penelitian ini dilandasi fenomena kenakalan remaja seperti tidak taat aturan, seks bebas, dsb. Indonesia Heritage Foundation (IHF) menyatakan terdapat nilai karakter yang perlu ditanamkan pada anak bangsa yang salah satunya adalah kepemimpinan. Banyak masalah yang akan terjadi apabila siswa kurang memiliki sifat kepemimpinan ini, salah satu contoh yaitu kenakalan remaja, atau kurang inisiatif dan kreativitas, kurang kemampuan komunikasi dan kolaborasi, dan sebagainya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kurangnya sifat kepemimpinan siswa dapat menciptakan generasi bangsa yang kurang berkualitas. Rumusan masalah di dalam penelitian ini, antara lain sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana pemahaman siswa pada materi berani jujur siswa kelas XI di SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bandung? (2) Bagaimana sifat kepemimpinan siswa kelas XI di SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bandung? (3) Bagaimana hubungan antara pemahaman siswa pada materi berani jujur dengan sifat kepemimpinan di SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bandung? Tujuan Penelitian ini berdasarkan pada rumusan masalah, adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui pemahaman siswa pada materi berani jujur siswa kelas XI di SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bandung. (2) mengetahui sifat kepemimpinan siswa kelas XI di SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bandung. (3) mengetahui hubungan antara pemahaman siswa pada materi berani jujur dengan sifat kepemimpinan di SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bandung. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Data penelitian mengambil 60 siswa, 30% dari jumlah populasi yang ada di kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes, angket, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan uji normalitas, analisis parsial, uji korelasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan: 1) Pemahaman siswa pada materi berani jujur dikualifikasikan sangat tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 80 yang tergolong dalam interval 80-100. 2) Sifat kepemimpinan siswa kelas XI dikualifikasikan baik dengan skor 2,90 yang tergolong dalam interval 2,51-3,25. 3) Hubungan antara pemahaman siswa pada materi berani jujur dengan sifat kepemimpinan nilai kolerasi yang Rendah. Berdasarkan dari hipotesis yang diajukan mendapatkan hasil sebesar 0,025 < 0,05 yang berarti thitung > ttabel yaitu Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Oleh sebab itu, pemahaman siswa pada materi berani jujur dengan sifat kepemimpinan ada hubungannya. ENGLISH: Hasna Nurul Haifa, 1202020060, 2024. Students' Understanding of Honest Dare Material in Its Relationship with Leadership Traits (Research on Grade XI Students at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung City)This research is based on the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency such as disobedience to rules, free sex, etc. The Indonesia Heritage Foundation (IHF) stated that there is a value Characters that need to be instilled in the nation's children, one of which is Leadership. Many problems will occur if students lack This leadership trait, one example is juvenile delinquency, or lack of initiative and creativity, lack of communication and collaboration skills, and Etc. Based on this, the lack of student leadership traits can creating a generation of the nation that is not of good quality. The formulation of the problems in this study is as follows: (1) How do students understand the material of daring to be honest with grade XI students at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung City? 2) What is the nature of leadership grade XI students at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung City? (3) How is the relationship between students' understanding of the material of daring to be honest and the nature of leadership in SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung City? The objectives of this research are based on the formulation of the problem, which is to: (1) knowing the students' understanding of the material of being honest with grade XI students in high school Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung City. (2) knowing the leadership traits of class students XI at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung City. (3) knowing the relationship between students' understanding of the material of daring to be honest with leadership traits in high school Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung City. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach with correlational method. The research data took 60 students, 30% of the total population in class XI of SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung City. Technique data collection by tests, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques with normality test, partial analysis,correlation test and hypothesis test. The results of the study showed: 1) Students' understanding of bold material honestly qualified very high with an average score of 80 which is classified as interval 80-100. 2) The leadership traits of grade XI students are qualified well with The score is 2.90 which is classified in the interval of 2.51-3.25. 3) The relationship between understanding Students on the material dare to be honest with the leadership traits of correlation values Low. Based on the hypothesis proposed, the results were obtained as 0.025 < 0.05 which means the tcount > ttable, namely Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. By Therefore, students' understanding of the material is honest with leadership traits has something to do with it.
