Abstract
Recent development has brougth about significant impacts not only to the people's socio-economy, but also to land use changes with serious consequences on watershed functions and hydrologic responses A part of sediment deposition in estuary of river was approximately originated from Watershed. Soil erosion is also one of the main factors causing it over accumulation of sedimentation of dams and sea, all of these leading to functional lost of water facility.It explains that the sheet erosion on watershed give a little effect on sedimentation process in estuary. efforts to manage water resource through watershed enviroment rehabilitation,using functional approach (organizational roles) or structural approach likes phisical/buildig rehabilitation is crucial to be carried out especially for the very critical watershed.
