Abstract

INDONESIA: Pada era modern saat ini, pendidikan menjadi salah satu kebutuhan masyarakat yang harus dipenuhi. Kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan kini semakin meningkat, salah satunya kebutuhan akan pendidikan pada jenjang perguruan tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan bimbingan akademik terhadap kepuasa mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Psikologi UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Yang berjumlah 243 mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Non- probability sampling, purposive sampling. Hasil penilitan ini menunjukkan secara parsial dan simultan kualitas pelayanan bimbingan akademik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. ENGLISH: In today's modern era, education is one of the needs of society that must be met. Public awareness of the importance of education is now increasing, one of which is the need for education at the tertiary level. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the quality of academic guidance services on student satisfaction of the Faculty of Psychology UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The method used is quantitative with research samples of active students of the Faculty of Psychology UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. A total of 243 students. The sampling technique used is Non-probability sampling, purposive sampling. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously the quality of academic guidance services affects student satisfaction with a value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05.
