Abstract
INDONESIA_ Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari studi pendahuluan peneliti saat observasi dilapangan menemukan fenomena-fenomena akhlak peserta didik yang tidak mencerminkan sikap religius yang baik, diantaranya: beberapa siswa tidak mengikuti program keagamaan yang dilaksanakan sekolah dan siswa kurang sopan santun saat interaksi dengan pendidik dan peserta didik. Disisi lain pendidik sudah merancang pembinaan sikap religius siswa melalui beberapa program. Namun, masih ditemukan beberapa fenomena yang tidak mencerminkan sikap religius pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Kompetensi Pendidik dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Sikap Religius Peserta Didik di MA Al Imaroh Cikarang Barat. 2) Implementasi Program Keagamaan yang diupayakan Pendidik dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Sikap Religius Peserta Didik. 3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam upaya meningkatkan sikap religius peserta didik di MA Al Imaroh Cikarang Barat Bekasi. Penelitian ini berdasarkan pemikiran bahwa seorang pendidik yang baik harus membuat rencana dengan hati-hati, dan teliti serta memperhatikan segala aspek dari pelajaran permulaan sampai akhir. Ilmu Pendidikan Islam adalah ilmu yang membahas berbagai teori, konsep, dan desain tentang berbagai aspek atau komponen pendidikan: visi, misi, tujuan, kurikulum, proses belajar mengajar dan sebagainya yang di dasarkan pada nilai-nilai ajaran Islam sebagaimana terdapat di dalam Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian Library Research atau penelitian Studi Pustaka dan Field Research atau Studi Lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data: observarsi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data: mengorganisasikan data, membagi menjadi unit-unit, mensintesis, menyusun menjadi pola, memilih apa yang penting untuk diteliti, dan membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: ini yaitu: 1). Kompetensi pendidik dalam upaya meningkatkan sikap religius peserta didik diimplementasikan dengan merumuskan program program keagamaan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. 2). Implementasi program keagamaan yang diupayakan pendidik berdasarkan yang terjadi dilapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa program-program keagamaan yang meliputi: pembiasaan sholat dhuha dan dzuhur berjamaah, muhadhoroh, membaca al-qur’an, sholat jumat, mabit, peringatan hari besar islam dan pesantren ramadhan diimplementasikan dalam membina dan mengupayakan peningkatan sikap religius peserta didik. 3). Faktor penghambat terutama berasal dari karakter siswa yang malas, tidak patuh, dan cenderung mencari alasan untuk tidak mengikuti aturan. Selain itu, lingkungan juga memberikan pengaruh negatif, seperti ajakan dari teman sebaya. ENGLISH: This research was based on a preliminary study, researchers during field observations discovered student moral phenomena that did not reflect good religious attitudes, including: some students did not participate in religious programs implemented by the school and students lacked politeness when interacting with educators and students. On the other hand, educators have designed the development of students' religious attitudes through several programs. However, several phenomena are still found that do not reflect religious attitudes in students. This research aims to determine: 1) Educator Competence in Efforts to Improve the Religious Attitudes of Students at MA Al Imaroh Cikarang Barat. 2) Implementation of Religious Programs pursued by Educators in an Effort to Improve Students' Religious Attitudes. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in efforts to improve the religious attitudes of students at MA Al Imaroh Cikarang Barat Bekasi. This research is based on the idea that a good educator must plan carefully, carefully and pay attention to all aspects from the beginning of the lesson to the end. Islamic Education is a science that discusses various theories, concepts and designs regarding various aspects or components of education: vision, mission, goals, curriculum, teaching and learning processes and so on which are based on the values of Islamic teachings as contained in the Al-Qur 'an and Sunnah. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. This research is included in Library Research or Library Study research and Field Research or Field Study. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques: organizing data, dividing into units, synthesizing, arranging into patterns, choosing what is important to research, and making conclusions. The research results show: these are: 1). Educator competency in efforts to improve students' religious attitudes is implemented by formulating religious programs through the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. 2). Implementation of religious programs attempted by educators based on what happens in the field can be concluded that religious programs which include: habituation of midday and midday prayers in congregation, muhadhoroh, reading the Koran, Friday prayers, mabit, commemoration of Islamic holidays and Ramadan Islamic boarding schools are implemented in fostering and seeking to improve students' religious attitudes. 3). The inhibiting factors mainly come from the character of students who are lazy, disobedient, and tend to look for reasons not to follow the rules. Apart from that, the environment also has negative influences, such as invitations from peers.
