Abstract

INDONESIA: Pentingnya komunikasi terapeutik ini didasarkan pada identifikasi masalah yang ada pada penelitian ini, yakni tingginya isu mengenai kesehatan mental dari tahun ke tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena komunikasi terapeutik pada komunitas Teman Hijrah,, memahami esensi komunikasi terapeutik, mengeksplorasi respons anggota komunitas terhadap komunikasi tersebut, serta menggali bentuk transformasi diri positif yang dialami oleh individu sebagai respons terhadap pesan dakwah yang diterapkan oleh Ustaz Hilman Fauzi. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pemikiran mengenai komunikasi terapeutik yang dilakukan pada komunitas Teman Hijrah yaitu mengenai teori hubungan interpersonal dan teori transformasi diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi, serta teknik aianalisis datanya yaitu menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi terapeutik dalam komunitas Teman Hijrah Bogor memiliki peran yang sangat signifikan dalam memfasilitasi transformasi diri positif. Komunikasi yang terjadi didominasi oleh unsur-unsur empati, dukungan sosial, dan pemberian makna. Proses transformasi diri yang dialami anggota komunitas meliputi perubahan perilaku, sikap, dan nilai-nilai keagamaan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas komunikasi terapeutik dalam komunitas, seperti kepemimpinan, struktur organisasi, dan karakteristik anggota. Komunitas Teman Hijrah juga berperan aktif dalam mendukung komunikasi terapeutik melalui pendekatan konseling holistik yang mencakup dimensi spiritual, emosional, mental, sosial, dan lingkungan, menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung transformasi diri secara berkelanjutan. ENGLISH: The importance of therapeutic communication is based on the identification of problems in this study, namely the high issue of mental health from year to year. The purpose of this study is to explore the phenomenon of therapeutic communication in the Teman Hijrah community, understand the essence of therapeutic communication, explore the responses of community members to this communication, and explore the forms of positive self-transformation experienced by individuals in response to the da'wah message applied by Ustaz Hilman Fauzi. This research is based on thoughts about therapeutic communication carried out in the Teman Hijrah community, namely regarding interpersonal relationship theory and self-transformation theory. This research uses a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques, namely through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation, and the data analysis technique is using triangulation. The results showed that therapeutic communication in the Teman Hijrah Bogor community has a very significant role in facilitating positive self-transformation. Communication that occurs is dominated by elements of empathy, social support, and meaning giving. The self-transformation process experienced by community members includes changes in behavior, attitudes, and religious values. In addition, this study also identified several factors that influence the effectiveness of therapeutic communication in the community, such as leadership, organizational structure, and member characteristics. The Teman Hijrah community also plays an active role in supporting therapeutic communication through a holistic counseling approach that includes spiritual, emotional, mental, social, and environmental dimensions, creating an environment that supports sustainable self-transformation. ARABIC: وترتكز أهمية التواصل العلاجي في هذه الدراسة على تحديد المشكلات التي تناولتها هذه الدراسة، وهي ارتفاع مشكلة الصحة النفسية من عام إلى آخر. والغرض من هذه الدراسة هو استكشاف ظاهرة التواصل العلاجي في مجتمع هجرة تيمان، وفهم جوهر التواصل العلاجي، واستكشاف استجابات أفراد المجتمع لهذا التواصل، واستكشاف أشكال التحول الذاتي الإيجابي الذي يعيشه الأفراد استجابة للرسالة الدعوية التي يطبقها الأستاذ حلمان فوزي. ويستند هذا البحث إلى أفكار حول التواصل العلاجي الذي تم إجراؤه في مجتمع هجرة تيمان، وتحديدًا فيما يتعلق بنظرية العلاقات بين الأشخاص ونظرية التحول الذاتي. يستخدم هذا البحث المنهج الفينومينولوجي مع تقنيات جمع البيانات، أي من خلال الملاحظة والمقابلات المتعمقة والتوثيق، أما تقنية تحليل البيانات فهي باستخدام التثليث. أظهرت النتائج أن التواصل العلاجي في مجتمع هجرة بوغور التيمانية له دور مهم جدًا في تسهيل التحول الذاتي الإيجابي. تهيمن على التواصل الذي يحدث عناصر التعاطف والدعم الاجتماعي وإعطاء المعنى. تتضمن عملية التحول الذاتي التي يمر بها أفراد المجتمع تغييرات في السلوك والمواقف والقيم الدينية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، حددت هذه الدراسة أيضًا العديد من العوامل التي تؤثر على فعالية التواصل العلاجي في المجتمع، مثل القيادة والهيكل التنظيمي وخصائص الأعضاء. كما يلعب مجتمع الهجرة التيماني دورًا فعالًا في دعم التواصل العلاجي من خلال نهج إرشادي شامل يتضمن الأبعاد الروحية والعاطفية والعقلية والاجتماعية والبيئية، مما يخلق بيئة تدعم التحول الذاتي المستدام.
