Abstract

INDONESIA : Mengkaji implementasi dan dampak CSR yang dilaksanakan oleh PT KCI dalam upaya membantu kelompok rentan, khususnya di Yayasan Yatim Piatu Nurul Iman. Analisis mendalam terhadap berbagai program CSR yang telah dijalankan oleh PT KCI, seperti bantuan dana, penyediaan fasilitas pendidikan, dan kegiatan sosial lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana program CSR KCI memberikan kontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan anak-anak yatim piatu dan bagaimana efektivitas dari berbagai inisiatif yang telah dilakukan dengan merujuk pada konsep Four Steps PR Cutlip & Center melalui empat tahapan, yaitu penelitian, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Konsep Four Steps PR merupakan konsep yang digagas oleh Cutlip & Center sebagai dasar dan fokus pada penelitian ini. Konsep tersebut menjelaskan beberapa tahapan dalam melakukan Manajemen Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) Dalam Upaya Membantu Kelompok Rentan Di Yayasan Yatim Piatu Nurul Iman. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme serta data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan pihak-pihak terkait baik dari KCI, yayasan, maupun penerima manfaat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program CSR PT KCI melalui empat tahapan 1) mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang relevan untuk memahami situasi, opini publik, dan masalah yang perlu diatasi. 2) menyusun strategi komunikasi yang efektif berdasarkan temuan riset. 3) melaksanakan rencana yang telah disusun untuk mencapai tujuan PR. 4) mengukur efektivitas strategi dan taktik yang digunakan, serta dampaknya terhadap tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. ENGLISH : Examining the implementation and impact of CSR carried out by PT KCI in an effort to help vulnerable groups, especially the Nurul Iman Orphan Foundation. In-depth analysis of various CSR programs that have been implemented by PT KCI, such as financial assistance, provision of educational facilities, and other social activities. This research aims to evaluate how the KCI CSR program contributes to the welfare of orphaned children and the effectiveness of various initiatives that have been carried out by referring to the Four Steps PR Cutlip & Center concept through four stages, namely research, planning, implementation and evaluation. The Four Steps PR concept is a concept initiated by Cutlip & Center as the basis and focus of this research. This concept explains several stages in carrying out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Management of PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) in an effort to help vulnerable groups at the Nurul Iman Orphan Foundation. This research uses a constructivist paradigm and data is collected through interviews, observations and documentation studies involving related parties from KCI, foundations and beneficiaries. The research results show that PT KCI's CSR program goes through four stages 1) collecting relevant data and information to understand the situation, public opinion and problems that need to be addressed. 2) develop an effective communication strategy based on research findings. 3) carry out the plans that have been prepared to achieve PR goals. 4) measure the effectiveness of the strategies and tactics used, as well as their impact on the stated goals.
