Abstract
ENGLISH: The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between religiosity and organizational commitment among UMMI method trainers. Religiosity is defined as the level of knowledge, understanding, and belief that an individual has towards religious teachings, as well as their commitment to apply these teachings in daily life. Organizational commitment refers to the extent to which individuals support the organization due to shared values and their desire to remain members. This study employs a quantitative descriptive method with a correlational technique. The research subjects consist of 49 UMMI Foundation trainers as a sample drawn from a population of 310 individuals. The research instruments are based on Saroglou's (2011) theory of religiosity and the organizational commitment scale developed by Mowday, Steers, and Porter (1979). Data analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation technique through IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results of the analysis show a positive and significant relationship between religiosity and organizational commitment, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0,487 and a significance value (p) < 0,000 at an alpha level of 5%. These findings indicate that an increase in religiosity can significantly contribute to organizational commitment, and vice versa.
