Abstract

Adanya fenomena wanita yang mengalami fatherless akan merasakan kesepian sehingga memiliki ketergantungan dengan orang lain. Dalam psikologi, wanita yang memiliki ketergantungan secara psikologis kepada orang lain termasuk laki-laki dinamakan dengan cinderella complex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran cinderella complex pada wanita dewasa awal yang mengalami fatherless dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengalaman subjektif wanita dewasa awal yang mengalami fatherless dalam membentuk pola pikir dan perilaku mereka terkait ketergantungan emosional terhadap figur laki-laki. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang narasumber yang mengalami fatherless dan 3 orang siginificant others. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa ketiga subjek menunjukkan perilaku cinderella complex yang berbeda. Perbedaan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pengalaman subjektif subjek ketika mengalami fatherless dengan kondisi fatherless yang berbeda. The phenomenon of women experiencing fatherlessness will feel lonely and thus become dependent on others. In psychology, women who have psychological dependence on others, including men, are called Cinderella complex. This study aims to observe the Cinderella complex in early adult women who experience fatherlessness and to determine how the subjective experiences of early adult women who experience fatherlessness in shaping their thought patterns and behaviors related to emotional dependence on male figures. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study were 3 informants who experienced fatherlessness and 3 significant others. The results of this study revealed that the three subjects showed different Cinderella complex behaviors. This difference is based on the subjective experiences of the subjects when experiencing fatherlessness with different fatherless conditions.
