Abstract
Bullying di kalangan remaja, khususnya di lingkungan sekolah, merupakan fenomena yang masih marak terjadi dan melibatkan berbagai peran, salah satunya adalah bystander. Peran bystander penting untuk ditelaah karena respon mereka dapat memperkuat atau justru menghentikan tindakan bullying. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konformitas teman sebaya terhadap respon bystander bullying dengan self-efficacy sebagai variabel moderator. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif-kausalitas dengan teknik cluster proportional random sampling terhadap 301 siswa SMA di SMAN 6 Cimahi yang berusia 15–18 tahun dan memeunhi kriteria inklusi penelitian. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis moderasi melalui PROCESS Macro model 1 by Hayes. Instrumen yang digunakan mencakup skala The Conformity Scale, Student Bystander Behaviour Scale (SBSS), dan self-efficacy General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy terbukti berperan sebagai moderator yang melemahkan pengaruh konformitas terhadap kecenderungan menjadi probully dan passive bystander, namun tidak memoderasi hubungan terhadap respon defender.
