Abstract
Perekonomian Indonesia dalam dekade terakhir terus menunjukkan pertumbuhan meskipun menghadapi tantangan global, seperti pandemi COVID-19 dan gejolak geopolitik dunia. Salah satu subsektor industri yang berperan penting dalam pembangunan infrastruktur adalah industri semen. Pada tahun 2023 kapasitas produksi semen nasional mencapai 116 juta ton, namun konsumsi domestik hanya sekitar 65 juta ton, sehingga terjadi overcapacity yang menekan harga jual dan menurunkan margin keuntungan perusahaan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada kinerja keuangan serta persepsi investor terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Total Asset Turnover (TATO) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV) pada perusahaan subsektor semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014–2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Total Assets Turnover (TATO) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV), baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi data panel menggunakan model Random Effect. Populasi penelitian mencakup 5 perusahaan subsektor semen di BEI, dengan sampel 4 perusahaan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Total Asset Turnover (TATO) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV), sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV). secara simultan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV), dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 40%.
