Abstract

INDONESIA: Pertanian organik saat ini sedang menjadi tren di kalangan masyarakat. Selain itu, penggunaan pupuk anorganik secara terus-menerus dan berlebihan juga berdampak pada rendahnya kesuburan tanah sehingga produktivitas tanaman selada menurun. Oleh sebab itu, pertanian organik dengan eco enzyme dan pupuk kandang ayam menjadi solusi memperbaiki kesuburan tanah untuk meningkatkan produksi selada serta berpotensi tinggi untuk dikembangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi dari aplikasi eco enzyme dan pupuk kandang ayam serta konsentrasi eco enzyme dan dosis pupuk kandang ayam terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa L.). Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan mulai bulan Desember 2024 hingga bulan Agustus 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dua faktor, yaitu konsentrasi eco enzyme (E0 = Kontrol; E1 = 15 ml L-1 air; E2 = 30 ml L-1 air; E3 = 45 ml L-1 air) dan dosis pupuk kandang ayam (P0 = Kontrol; P1 = 15 t ha-1; P2 = 20 t ha-1; P3 = 25 t ha-1) dengan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terjadi interaksi antara aplikasi eco enzyme dan pupuk kandang ayam terhadap seluruh parameter. Adapun perlakuan eco enzyme tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap seluruh parameter sedangkan pupuk kandang ayam berpengaruh secara mandiri dengan dosis terbaik yakni pada perlakuan 20 t ha-1 yang memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman, luas daun dan berat segar tanaman selada. ENGLISH: Organic farming is currently trending among the public. In addition, the continuous and excessive use of inorganic fertilizers also has an impact on low soil fertility, resulting in decreased lettuce productivity. Therefore, organic farming with eco enzymes and chicken manure is a solution to improve soil fertility to increase lettuce production and has high potential for development. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the interaction between the application of eco-enzymes and chicken manure, as well as the best concentration of eco-enzymes and dosage of chicken manure, on improving the growth and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). This study is conducted from December 2024 to August 2025. This study is using an experimental method with a two-factor Randomized Block Design (RBD), namely eco enzyme concentration (E0 = Control; E1 = 15 ml L-1 water; E2 = 30 ml L-1 water; E3 = 45 ml L-1 water) and chicken manure fertilizer dosage (P0 = Control; P1 = 15 t ha-1; P2 = 20 t ha-1; P3 = 25 t ha-1) with 3 replicates. The results showed that there was no interaction between the application of eco enzyme and chicken manure on all parameters. The eco enzyme treatment had no effect on all parameters, while chicken manure had an independent effect with the best dose being treatment 20 t ha-1, which had the best effect on plant height, leaf area and fresh weight of lettuce plants.
