Abstract

INDONESIA: Menjalani peran ganda sebagai mahasiswa dan pekerja merupakan tantangan yang kompleks. Tuntutan akademik seperti tugas dan ujian seringkali berbenturan dengan tanggung jawab pekerjaan, sehingga memicu konflik peran atau work-study conflict. Untuk menghadapi situasi ini, resiliensi sebagai kekuatan psikologis internal dan manajemen waktu sebagai keterampilan praktis diyakini berperan penting dalam membantu mahasiswa mengelola tekanan peran ganda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi dan manajemen waktu terhadap work-study conflict pada mahasiswa Universitas Terbuka jurusan Sistem Informatika angkatan 2023 yang kuliah sambil bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian korelasional bersifat kausalitas. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 198 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil menunjukkan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi dan manajemen waktu secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work-study conflict (p = 0.000) dengan kontribusi sebesar 18,1%. Secara parsial, resiliensi berpengaruh negatif signifikan (p < 0.05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 12.3% dan manajemen waktu berpengaruh negatif signifikan (p < 0.05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 5.8% ENGLISH: Balancing dual roles as a student and an employee is a complex challenge. Academic demands such as assignments and exams often conflict with work responsibilities, resulting in work–study conflict. Resilience as an internal psychological strength and time management as a practical skill are believed to be crucial in managing this pressure. This study examines the influence of resilience and time management on work–study conflict among Open University students majoring in Information Systems, class of 2023, who study while working. A quantitative approach with a causal correlational design was employed, involving 198 students selected through accidental sampling. Findings reveal that resilience and time management simultaneously have a significant effect on work–study conflict (p = 0.000) with a contribution of 18.1%. Partially, resilience shows a significant negative effect (p < 0.05) contributing 12.3%, and time management also shows a significant negative effect (p < 0.05) contributing 5.8%.
