Abstract

INDONESIA: Buncis tegak mengalami fluktuasi pada hasil produksinya disebabkan oleh penggunaan pupuk sintetik yang terus menerus. Penggunaan pupuk organik kasgot menjadi upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan meningkatkan hasil tanaman buncis. Pemanfaatan jerami padi dan limbah cair tahu untuk pakan dilakukan sebagai upaya dalam mengurangi sampah organik dengan biokonversi oleh lalat BSF atau maggot yang akan menghasilkan residu berupa pupuk kasgot (bekas maggot). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk kasgot dengan pakan campuran jerami padi dan limbah cair tahu terfermentasi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman buncis tegak serta mengetahui dosis pupuk kasgot yang dapat memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman buncis tegak. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari A: Tanah + NPK 100%, B: Pupuk Kasgot 20 t ha-1 + NPK 50%, C: Pupuk Kasgot 30 t ha-1 + NPK 50%, D: Pupuk Kasgot 40 t ha-1 + NPK 50%, E: Pupuk Kasgot 30 t ha-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian pupuk kasgot dengan pakan campuran jerami padi dan limbah cair tahu dengan dosis pupuk kasgot kasgot 20 t ha-1 + NPK 50% (Perlakuan B) memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap jumlah bunga. Sedangkan, dosis pupuk kasgot 40 t ha-1 + NPK 50% (Perlakuan D) memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap luas daun. ENGLISH: Beans plant often experience fluctuations in production yields due to the continuous use of synthetic fertilizers. The use of kasgot organic fertilizer is an effort to meet consumer demands and improve bean crop yields. The utilization of rice straw and tofu liquid waste as feed is an attempt to reduce organic waste through bioconversion by BSF (Black Soldier Fly) larvae or maggots, which results in residue in the form of kasgot fertilizer (maggot compost). The aim of this study was to determine the effect of kasgot fertilizer made from a mixture of rice straw and fermented tofu liquid waste on the growth and yield of erect bean plants, as well as to identify the best kasgot fertilizer dosage for optimal plant performance. The method used in this study was a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 5 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments consisted of A: Soil + 100% NPK, B: Kasgot fertilizer 20 t ha⁻¹ + 50% NPK, C: Kasgot fertilizer 30 t ha⁻¹ + 50% NPK, D: Kasgot fertilizer 40 t ha⁻¹ + 50% NPK, E: Kasgot fertilizer 30 t ha⁻¹. The results showed that the application of kasgot fertilizer made from a mixture of rice straw and tofu liquid waste at a dose of 20 t ha⁻¹ + 50% NPK (Treatment B) had the best effect on the number of flowers. Meanwhile, a dose of 40 t ha⁻¹ + 50% NPK (Treatment D) gave the best effect on leaf area (cm²).
