Abstract

INDONESIA: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy dan dukungan sosial terhadap resiliensi akademik pada mahasiswa yang aktif berorganisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 366 mahasiswa aktif Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung yang tergabung dalam organisasi intra kampus. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy dan dukungan sosial secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap resiliensi akademik. Secara parsial, self-efficacy dan dukungan sosial juga masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap resiliensi akademik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keyakinan diri serta dukungan dari lingkungan sosial berperan penting dalam membangun daya tahan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik, terutama bagi mereka yang harus menjalankan peran ganda antara tuntutan akademik dan aktivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan program pembinaan mahasiswa. ENGLISH: This study aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy and social support on academic resilience among students who are actively involved in organizations. The research employed a quantitative approach. The participants consisted of 366 active students of Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung who were members of intra-campus organizations. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that self-efficacy and social support simultaneously have a significant effect on academic resilience. Partially, both self-efficacy and social support also show significant individual effects on academic resilience. These results highlight that self-confidence and support from the social environment play a crucial role in fostering students’ ability to withstand academic challenges, especially for those balancing dual roles between academic demands and organizational activities. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developing student development programs.
