This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the PIESA Management Information System in improving the quality of educational services at SMA Plus Ulumul Qur’an Al Musthofa, Tanjungsari, Sumedang. The research employed a mixed methods approach using an embedded concurrent design, in which qualitative inquiry served as the primary method and quantitative analysis was embedded as supportive evidence. Qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore system implementation, service practices, and stakeholders’ experiences. Quantitative data were simultaneously obtained through Likert-scale questionnaires to strengthen the qualitative findings. Qualitative results indicate that the PIESA Management Information System is perceived as effective in improving educational service quality through faster academic and administrative services, enhanced information accuracy and transparency, and improved accessibility for teachers and parents. The embedded quantitative results show that the effectiveness level of the PIESA system reached 84.6%, categorized as high, while the quality of educational services achieved 82.9%, categorized as good to very good. The integration of qualitative and quantitative findings confirms that system effectiveness is influenced not only by technological factors but also by human resource readiness, school leadership support, and organizational work culture. This study concludes that the PIESA Management Information System is effective and significantly contributes to improving educational service quality, requiring continuous development and evaluation
