Abstract

INDONESIA : Program Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid merupakan salah satu program kewirausahaan berbasis pesantren yang bertujuan menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha mahasantri melalui kegiatan praktik usaha secara langsung. Program ini hadir sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi masih rendahnya minat berwirausaha di kalangan generasi muda, termasuk santri dan mahasiswa, yang cenderung lebih berorientasi pada pekerjaan formal. Melalui kegiatan produksi, pengelolaan usaha, pemasaran, serta pembinaan kewirausahaan, Program Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid diharapkan mampu membentuk jiwa kewirausahaan yang mandiri, kreatif, inovatif, dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Program Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasantri Pondok Pesantren Ar-Raaid. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh program kewirausahaan yang diterapkan terhadap ketertarikan, motivasi, kepercayaan diri, kreativitas, dan sikap kewirausahaan mahasantri.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 96 mahasantri yang terlibat dalam Program Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t, koefisien korelasi, dan koefisien determinasi untuk mengetahui hubungan serta pengaruh antara variabel Program Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid dan minat berwirausaha mahasantri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasantri. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,618 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif, sedangkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,687 menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat antara kedua variabel. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 47,3% menunjukkan bahwa Program Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid memberikan kontribusi sebesar 47,3% terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasantri, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 52,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Dengan demikian, Program Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid dapat menjadi sarana pendidikan kewirausahaan yang efektif dalam menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha serta membentuk karakter kewirausahaan Islami pada mahasantri. ENGLISH : The Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid Program is a pesantren-based entrepreneurship program designed to foster entrepreneurial interest among students through direct business practice. This program was established in response to the relatively low level of entrepreneurial interest among young people, including university students and santri, who tend to prefer formal employment over self-employment. Through activities such as production, business management, marketing, and entrepreneurship training, the Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid Program is expected to develop independent, creative, innovative, and Islamic entrepreneurial characteristics among students. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid Program on the entrepreneurial interest of students at Ar-Raaid Islamic Boarding School. The research was conducted to measure the extent to which the entrepreneurship program affects students’ interest, motivation, self-confidence, creativity, and entrepreneurial attitudes.This study employed a quantitative approach using an associative research method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 students involved in the Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid Program. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software through validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, simple linear regression analysis, t-tests, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis to determine the relationship and influence between the Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid Program and students’ entrepreneurial interest.The results indicate that the Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid Program has a positive and significant influence on students’ entrepreneurial interest. The t-test results show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the research hypothesis is accepted. The regression coefficient value of 0.618 indicates a positive effect, while the correlation coefficient value of 0.687 demonstrates a strong relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination value of 47.3% indicates that the Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid Program contributes 47.3% to students’ entrepreneurial interest, while the remaining 52.7% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Therefore, the Dapur Santri Ar-Raaid Program can serve as an effective entrepreneurship education medium in fostering entrepreneurial interest and developing Islamic entrepreneurial character among students.
