Abstract
INDONESIA: Mahasiswa tingkat akhir merupakan mahasiswa yang sedang dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir yang kemudian lulus dan akan menghadapi dunia kerja. Saat ini, berita mengenai permasalahan mengenai dunia kerja sudah banyak sekali ditemui, seperti pengangguran, PHK, dan persaingan para pencari kerja, belum lagi desakan dari lingkungan sekitar serta perekonomian yang menuntut mahasiswa tingkat akhir untuk segera mendapatkan pekerjaan setelah lulus nanti, dan hal inilah yang menyebabkan munculnya kecemasan pada mahasiswa. Kecemasan tersebut perlu diatasi, salah satunya yaitu dengan self efficacy, karena self efficacy diduga dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kecemasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 108 mahasiswa di UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Data analisis menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana dan hasil menunjukan bahwa self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap kecemasan dalam menghadapi dunia kerja pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung yaitu sebesar 13,9% dengan korelasi -0,944 yang secara statistik signifikan (p=0,00). ENGLISH: Final year students are those who are in the process of completing their final projects and will then graduate and face the working world. Nowadays, news about issues in the workforce is very common, such as unemployment, layoffs, and competition among job seekers, not to mention the pressure from the surrounding environment and the economy that demands final year students to secure a job immediately after graduation. This situation causes anxiety among students. This anxiety needs to be addressed, one way of which is through self efficacy, as self efficacy is believed to influence students' anxiety. This study was conducted on 108 students at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The data was analyzed using simple regression techniques, and the results showed that self efficacy affects anxiety in facing the world of work in final-year students at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung by 14% with a correlation of -0.944, which is statistically significant (p=0.00).
