Abstract
One of the most promising farms is Superworm breeding. Superworm are popular feed ingredients for reptiles, chirping birds and other poultry. But Superworm are very sensitive to temperature change. If it happen, the Superworm harvest will decreases and reduce the quality of Superworm. This research aims to construct the temperature control system in the cage using DHT22 sensor, monitoring the temperature in Superworm cultivation cage using Arduino and to measure the performance of actuator to stabilize the temperature in the Superworm cage. Arduino Uno R3 used as the controller and web server. When the temperatures less than 27 degrees celsius, the lights will turn on and when temperatures higher than 30 degrees celsius the fan will turn on. When the temperature ranges at 27-30 degrees celsius the fan and lights are off. The output of this research are the automatic temperature control systems to generate fansand or lights and the monitoring access via a web server. Salah satu peternakan yang cukup berpotensi secara ekonomi yaitu peternakan Ulat Jerman. Ulat Jerman merupakan bahan pakan popular untuk hewan reptil, burung kicauan, dan hewan unggas lainnya. Namun Ulat Jerman sangat sensitif terhadap perubahan suhu ekstrem. Jika Ulat Jerman mengalami hal tersebut maka daya tahan hidup Ulat Jerman akan berkurang dan menurunkan produktivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem kendali suhu kandang menggunakan sensor DHT22, memonitor suhu ruangan pada budidaya Ulat Jerman menggunakan Arduino, dan mengetahui berapa lama waktu yang diperlukan untuk menstabilkan suhu di kandang Ulat Jerman. Arduino Uno R3 digunakan sebagai controller dan web server. Pada suhu kurang dari 27 derajat celsius maka lampu akan menyala dan pada suhu lebih dari 30 derajat celsius kipas akan menyala dan jika suhu berkisar antara 27-30 derajat celsius maka kipas dan lampu dalam keadaan off. Output dari penelitian ini adalah sistem kendali pengaturan suhu otomatis untuk menggerakan kipas ataupun lampu dan pengaksesan melalui web server.
