Abstract
Jagung semi merupakan tongkol jagung yang di panen pada usia yang masih muda, 2-3 hari setelah rambut tongkol keluar. Pupuk organik merupakan pupuk yang berbahan dasar limbah organik seperti limbah pertanian dan peternakan, ramah lingkungan dan tidak merusak sifat media tanam jika digunakan terus menerus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi antara berbagai dosis bohasi jerami padi dan kascing serta mengetahui dosis bohasi jerami padi yang optimum pada setiap taraf dosis kascing terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung semi (Zea mays L.) varietas Bisi-2. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di desa Gentong, kecamatan Nagreg, kabupaten Bandung Barat pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2018. Metode yang dilakukan adalah experimental berupa Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan dua faktor, faktor pertama adalah bohasi jerami padi (0 t ha-1, 5 t ha-1, 10 t ha-1 dan 15 t ha-1) dan faktor kedua adalah kascing (0 t ha-1, 4.5 t ha-1 dan 9 t ha-1) sehingga terdapat 12 kombinasi perlakuan yang di ulang tiga kali. Uji lanjut yang digunakan adalah Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan (UJBD). Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak terjadi interaksi antara bohasi jerami padi dan kascing terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar tongkol dengan kelobot dan tanpa kelobot, panjang dan diameter tongkol tanpa kelobot serta bobot kering tongkol tanpa kelobot. Dosis bohasi jerami padi 15 t ha-1 berpengaruh mandiri terhadap bobot segar tongkol tanpa kelobot. Ega Ginanjar. 2018. Baby corn is a corncob harvested at a young age, 2-3 days after the cob flowers grew. Organic fertilizer is a fertilizer made from organic waste substance such as agricultural and livestock waste, environmentally friendly and does not damage the nature of planting media if it is used continuously. The aim of this research is to know the interaction between the dosage variations of bokashi rice straw and kascing, and to know the optimum dosage of bokashi rice straw at each level of dosage of kascing on growth and yield of Baby corn (Zea mays L.) Bisi-2 varieties. The research was conducted in Gentong village, Nagreg sub-district, West Bandung regency on April to June 2018. The method used is experimental method on Randomized Block Design (RAK) with two factors, the first factor is bokashi rice straw (0 t ha-1, 5 t ha-1, 10 t ha-1 and 15 t ha-1) and the second factor is kascing (0 t ha-1, 4.5 t ha-1 and 9 t ha-1); furthermore, there are 12 treatment combinations repeated three times. The further test used is Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that no interaction between bokashi rice straw and kascing on the parameters of plant height, the number of leaves, weight of fresh corncob with and without cornhusk, length and diameter of corncob without cornhusk and weight of dry corncob without cornhusk. Bokashi rice straw dose 15 t ha-1 affects independently on the weight of fresh corncob without cornhusk.
