Abstract
Dalam sistem pembangkitan, indikator keandalan diukur menggunakan indikator LOLP (Loss of Load Probability). LOLP adalah besarnya nilai kemungkinan terjadinya kehilangan beban karena kapasitas daya tersedia sama atau lebih kecil dari beban sistem, yang dinyatakan dalam hari per tahun. Ukuran LOLP adalah ketersediaan (availability) dan ketidaktersediaan (unavailability). Pada tugas akhir ini, dilakukan sebuah perancangan perangkat lunak penentuan nilai LOLP yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java. untuk merancang perangkat lunak penentuan nilai LOLP dilakukan beberapa tahap. Tahap pertama, dilaukan pengujian menghitung LOLP secara manual menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel. Tahap kedua, dibuat algoritma dari proses hitung manual. Tahap ketiga, dirancangnya perangkat lunak penentuan nilai LOLP. Tahap terakhir, validasi antara hasil dari perangkat lunak dengan perhitungan manual. Data yang digunakan pada tugas akhir ini berupa data model IEEE 7 Bus. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah perangkat lunak valid dengan pengujian validitas menggunakan pendekatan error rata-rata dengan hasil error rata-rata adalah 0.652836%. In the generation system, reliability indicators are measured using a LOLP (Loss of Load Probability) indicator. LOLP is the value of the possibility of loss of load because the available power capacity is equal to or less than the system load, which is stated in days per year. LOLP size is availability and unavailability. In this final project, a LOLP value determination software is designed using the Java programming language. to design LOLP value determination software, it is carried out in several stages. In the first phase, testing was done manually counting LOLP using Microsoft Excel software. The second stage, made an algorithm from the manual counting process. The third stage, designed LOLP value determination software. The last stage, validation between the results of the software with manual calculations. The data used in this final project is the IEEE 7 Bus model data. The results of this final project are valid software by testing the validity using an average error approach with the average error result is 0.652836%.
