Abstract

INDONESIA: Pendidikan di Indonesia dalam dekade terakhir banyak menuai problem, salah satunya dengan mulai keroposnya moralitas atau karakter yang melanda generasi muda dan ini menjadi pembahasan penting yang patut diperhatikan oleh kita semua. Seperti halnya banyak siswa-siswi khususnya dikalangan tingkat Menegah Atas, yang memperlihatkan prilaku akhlak yang dianggap kurang baik seperti pergaulan bebas atau yang lainnya. Melihat problem tersebut maka perlu adanya beberapa trobosan, yang salah satunya melalui Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Islam melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Rohani Islam yang diterapkan di sekolah baik melalui bentuk pengajaran di kelas maupun kegiatan lain diluar pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini, terfokus pada tujuan, program, proses, faktor pendukung penghambat dan hasil dari Internalisasi Nilai-nilai Islam Melalui Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Rohani Islam. Teori dalam penelitian ini memakai pendapat Neong Muhajir yang dikutip oleh Muhaimin, bahwa tiga tahapan yang mewakili proses terjadinya internalisasi, yaitu transformasi, transaksi dan transinternalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dalam melakukan pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan, dan melukiskan data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kata-kata atau kalimat yang dipisah-pisah menurut kategori data penelitian guna mendapatkan suatu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini : Pertama, Tujuannya untuk mencetak generasi-generasi yang Islami berguna bagi masyarakat menambah wawasan pengetahuan dan penguasaan khususnya ilmu keagamaan, juga sebagai wadah untuk syiar keagamaan, Kedua, Programnya, terdiri dari program harian, mingguan dan tahunan, Ketiga, Prosesnya, diwujudkan melalui Tahap Pemberian Pengetahuan dan Pemahaman, tahap pembiasaan, tahap transnternalisasi, tahap kebutuhan, dan tahap evaluasi, Keempat, Faktor pendukungnya, pendidik, pendekatan dan minat. Dan penghambatnya, kurangnya pemahaman siswa tentang agama, Kurangnya dorongan orangtua dan keterbatasan fasilitas Kelima, Hasilnya, terlihat pada prilaku keagamaan berupa pembiasaan diri para siswa sehari-hari yang bermuara pada akhlak mulia, juga prestasi akademiknya yang rata-rata bagus. ENGLISH: Education in Indonesia in the past decade has had many problems, one of which is the beginning of the loss of morality or character that engulfs the younger generation and this has become an important discussion that is worthy of our attention. Like many students especially among the Upper Levels, which shows moral behavior that is considered unfavorable such as promiscuity or others. Looking at these problems, there needs to be some breakthroughs, one of which is through the Internalization of Islamic Values through Islamic Spiritual extracurricular activities that are implemented in schools both through the form of classroom teaching and other activities outside of learning. The purpose of this study, focused on the objectives, programs, processes, inhibiting supporting factors and the results of the Internalization of Islamic Values Through Islamic Spiritual Extracurricular Activities. The theory in this study uses the opinion of Neong Muhajir quoted by Muhaimin, that three stages represent the process of internalization, namely transformation, transaction and transinternalisation. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, in conducting data collection, the authors use the method of observation, interviews and documentation using descriptive analysis to describe, and describe the data obtained by using words or sentences that are separated according to the category of research data in order to get a conclusion. The results of this study: First, the aim is to print generations that are Islamic useful for the public to add insight into knowledge and mastery, especially religious knowledge, as well as a forum for religious propaganda. Second, the program, consisting of daily, weekly and annual programs, Third, the Process realized through the Stage of Giving Knowledge and Understanding, the habituation stage, the transnationalisation stage, the needs stage, and the evaluation phase, Fourth, the supporting factors, educators, approaches and interests. And the obstacle, the lack of understanding of students about religion, lack of parental encouragement and limited facilities Fifth, the result, seen in religious behavior in the form of daily self-habituation of students which leads to noble character, also good average academic achievement.
