Abstract

INDONESIA Perkembangan sebuah usaha bergantung pada pengambilan keputusan manajemen-nya, khususnya pada proses pengambilan keputusan pengadaan barang karena menentukan banyaknya modal dan ruang penyimpanan yang dialokasikan. Berdasarkan data toko Cileunyi Collection per Oktober 2018 jumlah barang mencapai 2469 jenis / Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) hal ini sangat menyulitkan staf bagian produksi untuk menganalisis kebutuhan produksi setiap barang secara manual, masalah ini dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu proses pengklasteran dan memberi rekomendasi pengadaan barang berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Dalam menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan terdapat algoritma Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) yang merupakan metode penentuan urutan atau prioritas dalam analisis multikriteria sedangkan metode Fuzzy C-Mean (FCM) mampu melakukan pengklasteran dengan serajat keanggotaan. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan dan implementasi kedua algoritma pada sebuah aplikasi analisis pengadaan barang diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu metode MCDM dan Fuzzy C-Means bisa dapat memberikan rekomendasi pengadaan barang dengan berbagai kriteria yang ditentukan dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian tingkat kesesuaian algoritma MCDM mencapai 90% dan FCM mencapai 90%. ENGLISH The development of a business depends on its management decisions, especially in the process of making procurement decisions because it determines the amount of capital and allocated storage space. Based on Cileunyi Collection shop data per October 2018 the number of goods reached 2469 types / Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) this fact makes it very difficult for production department staff to manually analyze the production needs of each item, this problem can be solved by using a decision support system that can help the clustering process and provide recommendations for procurement of goods based on predetermined criteria. In implementing a decision support system there is a Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) algorithm which is a method of determining sequence or priority in multicriteria analysis while the Fuzzy C-Mean (FCM) method is capable of clustering with equal membership. Based on the results of the design and implementation of the two algorithms in a procurement analysis application, conclusions were obtained, namely the MCDM method and Fuzzy C-Means can provide recommendations for procurement of goods with various criteria determined and based on the test results the MCDM algorithm reaches 90% and FCM reaches 90% .
