Abstract

INDONESIA Banyaknya instansi-instansi yang memiliki bank data tetapi dibiarkan tanpa ada pengelolaan yang baik serta bermanfaat. Contohnya dari kepariwisataan di Kabupaten Garut yang pengelolaan data pariwisatanya masih belum baik dan belum tepat. Akibatnya sangat sulit untuk mendapatkan informasi dan rekomendasi pemilihan obyek wisata yang efektif. Maka diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pemilihan obyek wisata di Kabupaten Garut menggunakan suatu metode Logika Fuzzy Tahani yang dapat menghasilkan suatu keputusan berkaitan dengan obyek wisata yang sama dengan pilihan kriteria wisatawan. Metode Logika Fuzzy Tahani digunakan karena Logika Fuzzy Tahani adalah bentuk dari model pendukung keputusan yang menjadi peralatan utamanya sebuah hiraki fungsional dengan input utamanya kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Pengiimplementasian sistem ini dengan pemrograman web dan database MySQL, yang menjadi variablenya adalah harga tiket, banyaknya fasilitas, jarak, dan jumlah pengunjung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan obyek wisata di Kabupaten Garut berbasis web menggunakan suatu metode Fuzzy Tahanni yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi obyek wisata di Kabupaten Garut sesuai dengan kriteria yang dipilih oleh wisatawan berdasarkan Firestrength dari variable-variabel yang dipilih. For example, from tourism in Garut Regency, the management of tourism data is still not good and not right. As a result, it is very difficult to get information and recommendations on the selection of effective tourism objects. Then a decision support system is needed for the selection of tourism objects in Garut Regency using a Fuzzy Tahani Logic method that can produce a decision related to the same tourist object with the choice of tourist criteria. Fuzzy Hold Logic Method is used because Fuzzy Hold Logic is a form of decision support model become the main equipment of a functional hierarchy with its main input predetermined criteria. Implementing this system with web programming and MySQL databases, the variants of which are ticket prices, number of facilities, distance, and number of visitors. The results of this study are a decision support system for the selection of tourism objects in the web-based Garut Regency using a Fuzzy Tahanni method that can provide recommendations on tourism objects in Garut Regency according to the criteria chosen by tourists based on Firestrength of the selected variables.
