Abstract

INDONESIA Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya realitas bahwa kurikulum muthala’ah yang digunakan pada prodi PBA IAIN Curup selama ini belum berbasis need analysis baik kebutuhan mahasiswa, prodi maupun masyarakat pengguna alumni. Selama ini kurikulum muthala’ah didesain hanya berdasarkan keinginan dari dosen pengampu, tanpa melihat tujuan pembelajaran pada program studi PBA maupun kebutuhan mahasiswa PBA. Kurikulum yang didesain tanpa berdasarkan need analysis menjadi salah satu sebab rendahnya kemampuan mahasiswa dalam kompetensi membaca bahasa Arab. Untuk mengatasinya, maka yang sangat perlu untuk dilakukan adalah melaksanakan evaluasi, perbaikan serta perubahan fundamental terhadap kurikulum muthala’ah yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa, prodi serta masyarakat pengguna alumni. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada identifikasi informasi faktual mengenai kebutuhan mahasiswa, prodi PBA serta masyarakat pengguna alumni terhadap kurikulum muthala’ah, yang bertujuan untuk mendesain kurikulum muthala’ah berbasis need analysis yang sesuai untuk mahasiswa prodi PBA IAIN Curup. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan metode studi kasus, karena penelitian ini memiliki fokus pada satu program, yaitu mata kuliah muthala’ah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara serta studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui : data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/ferification. Hasil penelitian utama dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa desain kurikulum muthala’ah berbasis need analysis dapat menjadikan mahasiswa prodi PBA IAIN Curup lebih cepat dalam memahami teks berbahasa Arab. Dari penelitian ini juga disimpulkan : pertama, Kondisi objektif kurikulum muthala’ah yang berlaku di prodi PBA IAIN Curup dikembangkan dan dilaksanakan berbasis kompetensi. Kedua, desain kurikulum muthala’ah berbasis need analysis yang dikembangkan pada prodi PBA IAIN Curup disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan prodi, mahasiswa dan masyarakat pengguna alumni PBA, meliputi tujuan, materi, metode pembelajaran menggunakan SCL, dan evaluasi saat proses pembelajaran dan akhir perkuliahan. Ketiga, Implementasi kurikulum muthala’ah berbasis need Analysis menunjukkan mahasiswa lebih aktif. Keempat Problematika kurikulum muthala’ah berbasis need analysis yaitu : Tidak tersedianya waktu yang cukup serta latar belakang mahasiswa yang beragam. Solusi untuk mengatasinya adalah : pemberian waktu yang lebih luas serta memberikan pembelajaran tambahan, Kelima, Keunggulan kurikulum muthala’ah berbasis need analysis yaitu: didesain sesuai kebutuhan mahasiswa, prodi dan pengguna alumni, mudah diaplikasikan, penggunaan metode pembelajaran di kelas variatif, desain evaluasi komprehensif. Keterbatasannya membutuhkan waktu untuk menggali informasi kebutuhan yang sesuai serta desain kurikulum muthala’ah berbasis need analysis membutuhkan waktu yang panjang untuk menguji efektifitasnya. ENGLISH This research is based on the reality that the muthala'ah curriculum used in PBA study program IAIN Curup has not been based on need analysis either the needs of students, the study programs and the alumni users (schools). So far, the muthala'ah curriculum has been designed only based on the wishes of the lecturers, without looking at the learning objectives of the PBA study program or the needs of PBA students. The curriculum that is designed without need analysis is one of the reasons for the low ability of students in Arabic reading competence. To overcome this, it is necessary to carry out an evaluation, improvement and fundamental changes to the muthala'ah curriculum which is adjusted to the needs of students, study programs and the alumni user community (school). This research is focused on identifying factual information about the needs of students, PBA students and alumni users of the muthala'ah curriculum, which aims to design a muthala'ah curriculum based on need analysis that is suitable for PBA study program IAIN Curup students. This study uses a qualitative approach. The method used is the case study method, because this study has a focus on one program, namely muthala'ah courses. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through: data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing / ferification. The results of the main study of this study concluded that muthala'ah curriculum design based on need analysis can make students of PBA study program IAIN Curup faster in understanding Arabic text. From this research also concluded: first, the objective condition of the muthala'ah curriculum that applies in the PBA study program IAIN Curup was developed and implemented on a competency basis. Second, muthala'ah curriculum design based on need analysis developed in PBA study program IAIN Curup is tailored to the needs of PBA alumni, students and community users, including goals, materials, learning methods using SCL, and evaluation during the learning process and end of lectures. Third, the implementation of the need analysis based muthala'ah curriculum in the classroom shows students are more active. Fourth, the problem of muthala'ah curriculum based on need analysis are : The lack of sufficient time and diverse student backgrounds. The solution to overcome this is: giving wider time and providing additional learning. Fifth, the advantages of muthala'ah curriculum based on need analysis are : designed according to the needs of alumni students, study programs and users, easy to applythe use of varied classroom learning methods, comprehensive evaluation design. Its limitations require a lot of time to explore information on appropriate needs and the design of muthala'ah curriculum based on need analysis requires a long time to test its effectiveness. ARABIC الخلفية لهذا البحث هي وجود الواقعية منهج المطالعة في شعبة تعليم اللّغة العربيّة بجامعة جوروب الإسلاميّة الحكوميّة لم يعتمد على تحليل الحاجة إمّا لحاجات الطلبة أو الشعبة أو مجتمع مستخدمي الخريجين (المؤسسات التعليمية), في الواقعية لم يتم تصميم منهج المطالعة إلا بناءً على رغبات المحاضرين ، دون النظر إلى الأهداف التعليمية لشعبة تعليم اللغة العربية أو احتياجات طلاب لشعبة تعليم اللغة العربية. و منهج الذي لم يصصم بإحتياجات يسبّب إلى انخفاض قدرة كفاءة الطلبة في قراءة اللّغة العربية (المطالعة). ومن المحاولات لمعالجة ضعف قدرة الطلبة على القراءة المركبة تقييم وتحسين وتغيير على المنهج في تعليم المطالعة المطابق لحاجات الطلبة و الشعبة و مجتمع مستخدمي الخريجين. ويركز هذا البحث على بحث المعلومات باحتياجات الطلبة وشعبة تعليم اللّغة العربيّة بجامعة جوروب الإسلاميّة الحكوميّة ومجتمع مستخدمي الخريجين (المؤسسات التعليمية). ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم منهج المطالعة المعتمدعلى تحليل الحاجة المطابق لاحتياجات الطلبة في شعبة تعليم اللّغة العربيّة بجامعة جوروب الإسلاميّة الحكوميّة . استخدم هذا البحث مدخلا نوعيا. و يستخدم هذا البحث أسلوب دراسة الحالة وسبب اختارها : لأنّ هذا البحث يركز على وحدة أنظمة وهي منهج المطالعة. أساليب جمع البيانات تستخدم بالملاحظة المشتركة و المقابلة العميقة و دراسة الوثائق. استخدم تحليل البيانات بتحليل البيانات و تقليل البيانات و تلخيص و تحقيق. الخلاصة الأساسية لهذه الدراسة أن تصميم منهج المطالعة المعتمد على تحليل الحاجة يمكن أن يجعل الطلاب من شعبة تعليم اللغة العربية بجامعة جوروب الإسلامية الحكومية أسرع في فهم النص العربي. و كذالك يخلص من هذه الدراسة أنّ :(1 ) الحالة الموضوعية لمنهج المطالعة القائمة في شعبة تعليم اللغة العربية بجامعة جوروب الإسلامية الحكومية لا بدّ أن تتمّ ترقيتها وتنفيذها بالاعتماد على الكفاءة , (2) لا بدّ أن يقون تصميم منهج المطالعة المعتمد على تحليل الحاجة في شعبة تعليم اللغة العربية بجامعة جوروب الإسلامية الحكومية مطابقا لحاجات الشعبة والطلبة والمجتمع المستخدون الخريجون من جامعة جوروب الإسلامية الحكومية يتكوّن من تصميم أهداف المنهج , و تصميم المواد الدراسية, و تصميم طرق تعليم يستخدم طريقة التعليم التي تركز على الطلبة, و تصميم تقويم منهج المطالعة يشمل تقويما يقوم عند عملية التعليم والتعلم (التقويم اليومي) وتقويما يقوم في نهاية المحاضرة (3) ينبغي أن يكون تطبيق منهج المطالعة المعتمد على تحليل الحاجة داخل الفصل يدلّ على أن الطلبة يشعرون بالفرح ولا يشعرون بالملل ويكون أكثر فعالية عند اشتراك عملية التعليم والتعلم ويكون المحاضر مسهلا يواجه عملية التعليم والتعلّم. (4) مشكلات لمنهج المطالعة المعتمد على تحليل الحاجة: عدم توافر الوقت الكافي وتنوع خلفية الطلبة الذي يجعل تفاوت فهمهم. ومن حلولها : إعطاء الفرص والأوقات الوافرة و زيادة التعليم الإضافي. (5) مزايا لمنهج المطالعة المعتمد على تحليل الحاجة : إنه تمّ تصميمه مناسبا لحاجات الطلبة والشعبة ومستخدمي الخريجين؛ من السهل أن يطبقه أحد في عملية التعليم والتعلم , ويكون استخدام طريقة التعليم أكثر فعاليا وابتكاريا, ويتم تصميم التقويم شمولا وتنوعا, ويكون المنهج مفتوحا. ومن عيوبه : أخذ الأوقات الكافية لإيجاد المعلومات المناسبة, و يكون تصميم هذا منهج المطالعة بجامعة جوروب الإسلامية الحكومية أخذ الأوقات الوافرة لاختبار فعاليته.
