Abstract

INDONESIA: Lembaga amil zakat adalah lembaga yang bertugas untuk menerima titipan zakat dan menyalurkan zakat. Lembaga amil zakat diharuskan untuk menyalurkan zakat dengan tepat sasaran, karena merupakan amanah dari muzaki dan telah diwajibkan oleh Allah swt. Namun banyaknya kriteria dalam penyeleksian pemohon zakat, dan banyaknya jumlah pemohon zakat yang harus di seleksi, membuat proses penentuan penerima zakat memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Selain itu, proses penyeleksian pemohon zakat masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga dibutuhkan dukungan perangkat lunak yang dapat membantu mempercepat prosesnya dan efisien dalam pelaksanaannya. Aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan metode promethee. Metode promethee digunakan untuk penentuan urutan (prioritas) dalam analisis multikriteria. Metode promethee cukup efektif dalam menyederhanakan dan mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu lembaga amil zakat dalam menyeleksi siapa yang layak dan lebih utama untuk menerima zakat. Aplikasi ini juga dapat memberikan efisiensi dan penghematan waktu bagi lembaga amil zakat dalam aktivitas penentuan penerima zakat. ENGLISH: Zakat amil institution is an organization that tasked to receive the entrusted zakat and distributed zakat. The zakat amil institutions have to distribute zakat directly to the right object, because it is a trusteeship from the muzaki (the zakat receiver) and of course it is being obliged by Allah SWT. But, because of many criteria of zakat applicant selection, and the big amount of zakat applicant that have to be selected made the process of zakat entrusted determination taking too long. Moreover, the process of zakat applicant selection still do manually, so its need a support from software that can help to make the process quicker and to do the process efficiently. This decision support system application use a promethee method. The promethee method is used to determine sequence (priority) on multicriteria analyzes. The promethee method is considered effective enough on simplifying and speed up the decision taking process. This application can help zakat amil institution on selecting the right zakat receiver. This application can also give the effective and efficient time to zakat amil institution on its activity determining who are the right zakat receiver.
