Abstract

INDONESIA : Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fakta bahwa layanan sistem informasi kurikulum di beberapa lembaga pendidikan belum memanfaatkan SIM kurikulum secara oftimal. IPTEK berkembang semakin pesat menuntut lembaga Pendidikan melakukan pengelolaan yang lebih baik. Dalam menghadapi revolusi industry 4.0 lembaga pendidikan dituntut untuk memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai sarana layanan yang lebih baik. Banyak Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam sudah memiliki website akan tetapi belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Hal tersebut menjadi alasan peneliti mencoba menggali informasi mengenai perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi dan desain sistem informasi manajemen kurikulum di jurusan Sarjana Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Universitas Islam Nergri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung sebagai model sistem informasi kurikulum yang bisa diterapkan di lembaga yang lain.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analsis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif yang terdiri dari tiga komponen analisis yaitu; reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Ketiganya dilakukan secara interaktif dengan proses pengumpulan data (data collection) sebagai satu siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen layanan Sistem informasi pada prodi tersebut dilakukan dengan prinsip efektivitas dan efesiensi.Perencanaan dilakukan dengan menganalisis pegawai, sarana yang tersedia dan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi layanan tersebut. Pengorganisasian pada layanan SIM tersebut dilakukan secara fleksibel dan memanfaatkan pegawai yang tersedia. Personil yang bertugas sebagai admin sistem informasi dilakukan oleh personil yang dianggap memiliki kemampuan teknis tanpa merekrut personil khusus hal ini memungkinkan personil lain yang memiliki kemampuan teknis bisa mengelola sistem informasi tersebut tanpa terikat pada satu orang admin. Proses implementasi pada sistem tersebut diatur oleh ketua prodi yang bertugas sebagai penanggung jawab dan verifikator RPS. Setiap RPS yang dikumpulkan oleh dosen diverifikasi oleh ketua prodi dan diunggah oleh admin. Sarana dan prasarana SIM tersebut memanfaatkan fasilitas yang sudah tersedia, SIM kurikulum tersebut menggunakan web yang disediakan oleh pihak Universitas. Subdomain dan hosting yang masih menginduk ke web Universitas sehingga pihak prodi tidak perlu mengeluarkan biaya domain dan hosting. Desain SIM tersebut mengacu pada aplikasi Wordpress. aplikasi tersebut digunakan dengan alasan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan sehingga tidak memerlukan personil khusus dibidang IT. Lisensi yang digunakan adalah versi gratis sehingga pihak prodi tidak mengeluarkan biaya dalam penggunaan Sistem tersebut. Model sistem berbasis aplikasi wordpress pada prodi Sarjana MPI FTK UIN SGD Bandung layak dijadikan model bagi lembaga Pendidikan lain. dengan mengedepankan efektifitas dan efesiensi aplikasi tersebut bisa digunakan secara mudah dan murah. ENGLISH : This research is motivated by the fact that curriculum information system services in education institutions have not used the MIS (Management information System) of curriculum optimally. Even though science and technology are developing more rapidly. In the face of the industrial revolution 4.0, educational institutions are required to utilize science and technology as a means of better service. Many Islamic Colleges already have a website but the website has not been used optimally. This is the reason the researchers tried to discover information about curriculum management information systems in the undergraduate study program MPI UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung as a model of curriculum MIS that can be applied in other institutions. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collections use interview, observation, and documentation methods. The data analysis applied qualitative analysis which consists of three components of analysis, namely; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. All three are carried out interactively with the data collection process (data collection) as one cycle. The results of the study show that the management of MIS (Management information System) services in the study program is carried out with the effectiveness and efficiency. Planning is done by analyzing human resources development, facilities and external factors that affect to the service. Organizing on the MIS services is done flexibly and utilizes available human resources. Personnel serving as admin of MIS are carried out by personnel considered to have technics skills in the study program environment without recruiting special personnel; this allows other personnel who have IT capabilities to be able to manage the MIS without being tied to one admin person. The implementation process on the SIM is governed by the head of the study program who is responsible for semester program planning (RPS) verifiers. Each RPS collected by the lecturer is verified by the study program chairman and uploaded by the admin of MIS. The facilities and infrastructure used by the study program utilize the facilities already available, the MIS of curriculum uses the web provided by the University. Subdomains and hosting are still on the web so the study program does not need to issue domain and hosting fees. The MIS design refers to the WordPress CMS. The CMS is used because ease of management so that it does not require special technical support. The license used is a free version so that the study program does not spend costs in using the MIS. model of CMS WordPress in the Undergraduate Study Program of MPI FTK UIN SGD Bandung deserves to be used as a model of MIS for other educational institutions. by prioritizing the effectiveness and efficiency of the SIM can be used easily and cheaply.
