Abstract
Subdistrict is a regional level government that provides public services to the community that is operational in nature. Services provided must be in accordance with the District Integrated Administrative Services policy (PATENT). Integrated Subdistrict Administrative Services (PATEN) is the implementation of public services in the Subdistrict from the application stage to the publication of documents in one place. This policy and its relation to improving service quality are interesting things. Research entitled "Quality of Integrated District Administration Services Based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 4 of 2010 at Arcamanik District Office in Bandung City", has a formulation of the problem of how the Implementation of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 4 of 2010 concerning District Integrated Administrative Service Guidelines in Arcamanik City District Office Bandung. The purpose of this research was to find out the quality of Integrated Administrative Services in sub-districts of Arcamanik District Office, Bandung City. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data from observations and interviews, as well as books, internet, and documents provided by Arcamanik District Office, Bandung City. The theoretical foundation used is the theory of service quality. Based on the analysis carried out, conclusions were obtained from the supporting factors and inhibitors of the quality of integrated District administration services (PATEN). The inhibiting factor for implementing PATEN in Arcamanik District Office Bandung is the inhibiting factor not from the sub-district, but from the center. While the supporting factors are the enthusiasm given by employees to each other, holding a coordination meeting or some kind of evaluation every three months then giving awareness to serving the community sincerely and in accordance with their conscience.
