Abstract
INDONESIA : Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang masih rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui: (a) adakah perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi antara siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Artikulasi dengan siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional; (b) adakah perbedaan peningkatan kecemasan matematis (Math Anxiety) antara siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran artikulasi dan model pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan melibatkan 60 orang siswa yaitu 30 siswa kelas artikulasi dan 30 siswa kelas konvensional. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes dan non tes. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh: (a) Perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran artikulasi lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional; (b) Perbedaan kecemasan matematis siswa memperoleh pembelajaran matematika di kelas Artikulasi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa di kelas Konvensional. ENGLISH : The background of this study is that students' mathematical communication skills are still low. The purpose of this research is to find out: (a) Are there differences in the improvement of communication skills between students who use the Articulation learning model and students who use conventional learning; (b) Are there differences in the increase in mathematical anxiety (Math Anxiety) between students who use articulation learning models and conventional learning models. This study uses a quasi-experimental method involving 60 students, namely 30 students of the articulation class and 30 students of conventional classes. Research instruments using tests and non-tests. Based on the results of data processing obtained: (a) The difference in mathematical communication skills of students who obtain articulation learning is better than students who obtain conventional learning; (b) The difference in students' mathematical anxiety in learning mathematics in the Articulation class is better compared to students in Conventional classes.
