Abstract
The importance of passion and spiritual internalization is to develop a quality counselor. In this regard, the role of the counselor can be positioned and directed to the perpetrators in order to penetrate the meaning of the best and highest motivation while practicing the profession is valuable, not only in front of him, others even the worship of God. If the passion and is already internalized the spiritual counselor, then naturally his qualities as a counselor will increase with the emergence of the following indicators: improving the quality of self-awareness, namely the existence of a high level of awareness and depth to be aware of the conditions and situations that come and sensitive in responding; increasing vision of life and struggle, that there is a profound understanding of the purpose of life and have a quality of life that is inspired by the vision and values of right living and futuristic; increased flexibility of interaction and communication, which are able to adapt themselves spontaneously and actively to achieve good results, and have a pragmatic view (corresponding usability) and efficient of reality; have a holistic view.
