The levels to be used are 0%-25% as barely relevant, 26%-50% as slightly relevant, 51%-75% as adequately relevant, 76%-99% as approximately relevant and 100% as completely relevant. As additional information, the researcher asks the teachers about their responses of the textbook that used in their own school by interviewing. Besides, to consolidate the findings of the research, the researcher decides to ask two other experts to analyze the two textbook based on the criteria of good EFL textbook The results are taken from the findings of the researcher with two other experts. The researcher found that the first textbook (Passport to the World) is 87, 8% it belongs to approximately relevant. While, the second textbook (English in Focus) is 87, 2% and it belongs to approximately relevant. While the first expert found the first textbook is 74.41% and the second textbook is 74.67% both of them belong to adequately relevant. And the second expert found the first textbook is 85.85% belongs to approximately relevant. While, the second textbook is 74.05% belongs to adequately relevant. So, the results show the textbook entitled “Passport to the world for grade VII” is categorized as approximately relevant, because the researcher and the second expert found the first textbook is approximately relevantwhile the textbook entitled “English in Focus for Grade VIII” is categorized as adequately relevant, because the first and the second expert found it is adequately relevant.
