Abstract
INDONESIA: Keunggulan tanaman buncis varietas Kenya memiliki peluang untuk meningkatkan nilai ekspor, dengan prospek pasar yang baik maka diperlukan peningkatan produksi buncis varietas Kenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis media tanam dan dosis pupuk kascing terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman buncis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Pebruari sampai dengan April 2020 di Ngamprah, Kab. Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan rancangan percobaan berupa Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial dengan tiga kali ulangan yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah jenis media tanam yang terdiri dari 3 taraf ( m0 = tanah, m1 = tanah + arang sekam, m2 = tanah + cocopeat). Faktor kedua adalah kascing yang terdiri dari 4 taraf (k0 = 0 t ha-1, k1 = 7,5 t ha-1, k2 = 15 t ha-1, dan k3 = 22,5 t ha-1). Uji lanjut yang digunakan adalah uji DMRT 5% (Duncan’s multiple range test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi interaksi antara jenis media tanam dan dosis pupuk kascing terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman buncis tegak (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Varietas Kenya. ENGLISH: The superiority of Kenya varieties of beans has the opportunity to increase the value of exports. with good market prospects, it is necessary to increase production of Kenyan bean varieties. This study aims to determine the effect of planting media types and dosage of vermicompost fertilizer on the growth and yield of green beans. This research was carried out in February to April 2020 in Kp Cukang Kawung Ds Tanimulya, Kec Ngamprah West Bandung, West Java. This research was conducted using an experimental design in the form of a Randomized Group Design actorial pattern with three replications consisting of two factors. The first factor is the type of planting media which consists of 3 levels (m0 = tanah, m1 = tanah + arang sekam, m2 = tanah + cocopeat). The second factor is vermicompost which consists of 4 levels (k0 = 0 t ha-1, k1 = 7,5 t ha-1, k2 = 15 t ha-1, dan k3 = 22,5 t ha-1). he further test used was the 5% DMRT test (Duncan's multiple range test). The results showed an interaction between the type of planting media and the dose of vermicompost fertilizer on the growth of upright bean plants (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Kenya varieties.
