Abstract
Each agency or organization has characteristic characteristics that make it uniquely or differentiated from other agencies or organizations. These characteristics are influenced by organizational culture and organizational climate, if the employee's organizational culture is good, it will trigger a good organizational climate which will then affect good employee performance. This research was conducted at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Garut Regency. The method used to collect data is by distributing questionnaires filled out by all employees of the Ministry of Religion, Garut Regency, totaling 62 respondents. The independent variables in this study are organizational culture and organizational climate, the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of this study show that organizational culture and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Ministry of Religion, Garut Regency. With the t test as a variable X1 (organizational culture) obtained t count 4.114, X2 (organizational climate) obtained t count 4.002. The results of the F test indicate that Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate have a significant effect on Employee Performance, with the results of the determination coefficient of R¬¬¬¬¬2 67.7% while the remaining 32.7% comes from other variables which are not included in this research.
