Abstract
Salah satu penggunaan rangkaian converter adalah untuk menaikkan tegangan, namun rangkaian converter tetap memerlukan suatu catu daya arus bolak balik. Pembangkitan tegangan tinggi searah sebagai sumber awal energi listriknya. Catu daya tersebut diharapkan dapat diatur besaran tegangan dan frekuensinya agar rangkaian converter dapat menghasilkan tergangan yang lebih tinggi. Atas dasar hal diatas, pada Tugas Akhir ini dirancang suatu converter sebagai alat catu daya arus searah yang dapat diatur frekuensi dan tegangannya. Converter yang dirancang memanfaatkan inverter jenis pushpull yang menggunakan MOSFET sebagai saklar elektronik dan IC SG3525A sebagai osilator frekuensi pengontrol pemicuan MOSFET. Rancangan inverter yang dilakukan juga meliputi perancangan trafo pulsa sebagai isolator listrik antara rangkaian kontrol dan daya. Pengujian dilakukan dengan beban lampu untuk mengetahui pengaruh frekuensi terhadap tegangan disisi beban. Pengujian dilakukan pada frekuensi tinggi, yaitu 20kHz Berdasar hasil pengujian, ketika frekuensi 20kHz didapat tegangan searah tinggi, yaitu 180 VRms, maka tegangan yang terukur adalah 250 V(DC). Sehingga pemanfaatan transformator frequency tinggi bisa digunakan untuk aplikasi inverter pada motor listrik. It is hoped that the power supply can be adjusted for the Vage and frequency so that the converter circuit can produce a higher definition. On the basis of the above, in this final project a converter is designed as a direct current power supply device that can be adjusted for frequency and Vage. The converter is designed to use a pushpull type inverter that uses a MOSFET as an electronic switch and the SG3525A IC as an oscillator for the MOSFET triggering frequency. The inverter design that is carried out also includes the design of a pulse Transformer as an electrical insulator between the control circuit and power. The test is carried out with a lamp load to determine the effect of frequency on the load side Vage. The test is carried out at a high Frequency, which is 20kHz Based on the test results, when the 20kHz Frequency gets a high direct Vage, which is 180 VRms, then the measured Vage is 250 (VDC). So that the utilization of high frequency transformers can be used for inferter applications in electric motors.
