Abstract

Perkembangan media online saat ini sangat pesat pertumbuhannya dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan media online maka media cetak pun mulai diabaikan penggunanya dan beralih perhatian terhadap media online. Di Indonesia pengunaan media online juga meningkat tajam seiring banyaknya perusahan media yang mulai menyediakan akses online seperti membuat situs website Okezone.com, Tribunnews.com, Kompas.com, dan Liputan6.com yang merupakan media daring paling terkenal dan banyak diakses berdasarkan data dari Alexa. Maka dari itu ,tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peringkat tiga besar situs web yang paling banyak diakses yaitu Okezone.com, Tribunnews.com, dan Kompas.com untuk mengetahui kualitasnya web nya. Karena itu pula penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode webqual yang memfokuskan pada aspek usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality yang berlandaskan voice of customer (persepsi pengguna). Lalu metode IPA diikutsertakan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesesuaian berdasarkan persepsi pengguna dengan harapan pengguna. Dengan metode IPA juga akan didapatkan tingkat kesenjangan antara persepsi pengguna dengan harapan pengguna yang selanjutnyadigambarkan dalam kuadran IPA. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner disebarkan ke masyarakat umum yang pernah mengakses situs web Okezone.com, Tribunnews.com, dan Kompas.com dengan teknik random sampling. Maka hasilnya dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan situs web dan dapat menambah kepustakaan metode webqual dan IPA. The development of online media is currently very rapidly growing, with the rapid growth of online media, print media has begun to be ignored by its users and has shifted attention to online media. In Indonesia, the use of online media has also increased sharply as many media companies have started to provide access to online media such as establishing the Okezone.com website, Tribunnews.com, Kompas.com, and Liputan6.com which are the most popular online media and are widely accessed based on data Alexa. Therefore, the aim of this study is to determine the extent to which the top three most accessed websites are ranked, namely Okezone.com, Tribunnews.com, and Kompas.com to determine the quality of the website. Therefore, this research will also use the webqual method which focuses on the aspects of usability, information quality, and service interaction quality based on the voice of customer (user perception). Then the IPA method is included to analyze the level of conformity based on user perceptions with user expectations. With the IPA method, the level of gaps between user perceptions and user expectations will be obtained, which is then described in the IPA quadrant. The research instrument used a questionnaire distributed to the general public who had accessed the Okezone.com, Tribunnews.com, and Kompas.com websites with a random sampling technique. . So the results of this research can be used as a reference for website development and can add to the library of webqual and science methods.
