Abstract

INDONESIA : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai pola pembinaan calon jamaah dalam meningkatkan kualitas ibadah haji di PHU Kementrian Agama Kota Sukabumi dengan pertanyaan penelitian yang terdiri dari bagaimana formulasi pembinaan calon jamaah haji di Kemenag Kota Sukabumi dalam meningkatkan kualitas ibadah haji, bagaimana impelemntasi program pembinaan terhadap calon jamaah haji di Kemenag Kota Sukabumi, bagaimana evaluasi pembinaan calon jamaah haji di Kemenag Kota Sukabumi untuk meningkatkan kualitas ibadah haji ditahun selanjutnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data induktif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan yaitu pertama, formulasi pembinaan oleh PHU yang mengacu kepada Standard Operaional Prosedure (SOP), Peraturan Mentri Agama PMA NO.13 Tahun 2021), dan rapat internal. Kedua, impelemntasi pembinaan meliputi bimbingan manasik oleh PHU dan organisasi kemasyarakatan dibawah PHU yaitu KBIH sebagai elemen untuk membantu membina calon jamaah haji. Ketiga, Evaluasi pembinaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode langsung dan tidak langsung, dimana metode ini dengan mengundang semua pihak terkait dalam membahas hala yang harus dibenai dan diperbaiki. ENGLISH : This study aims to analyze the pattern of coaching prospective pilgrims in improving the quality of the pilgrimage at the PHU of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Sukabumi with research questions consisting of how the formulation of coaching prospective pilgrims at the Ministry of Religion of the City of Sukabumi in improving the quality of the pilgrimage, how to implement the coaching program for prospective pilgrims. Hajj at the Ministry of Religion of Sukabumi City, how to evaluate the development of prospective pilgrims at the Ministry of Religion of Sukabumi City to improve the quality of the pilgrimage in the following year. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive method. Methods of data collection using interview techniques, observation and documentation, using inductive data analysis techniques. The results of this study can be concluded, namely, first, the formulation of guidance by PHU which refers to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Regulation of the Minister of Religion of PMA NO. 13 of 2021), and internal meetings. Second, the implementation of coaching includes guidance on rituals by PHU and community organizations under PHU, namely KBIH as elements to help foster prospective pilgrims. Third, the evaluation of coaching is carried out using direct and indirect methods, where this method invites all relevant parties to discuss matters that must be addressed and improved.
