Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang bagaimana pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa yang dijalankan oleh Pemerintah Desa Kaligawe Wetan serta peran BPD dalam mewujudkan Akuntabilitas ADD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian didapat bahwa Peran BPD dalam tahap perencanaan ADD di Desa Kaligawe Wetan adalah menyampaikan aspirasi masyarakat dalam Musrembangdes dan peran BPD dalam pengambilan keputusan pada tahap perencanaan pembangunan yang akan direalisasikan lalu keputusan tersebut dituangkan dalam Perdes yang telah disepakati dengan Pemerintah Desa. Pada pelaksanaan Alokasi Dana Desa BPD juga berperan sebagai lembaga pengawas kegiatan, sedangkan pada tahap pertanggungjawaban ADD, BPD mempunyai kewajiban untuk mendelegasikan bahwa pelaksanaan ADD harus berjalan dengan dengan aturan yang berlaku. This study analyzes how the management of the Village Fund Allocation is carried out by the Kaligawe Wetan Village Government and the role of the BPD in realizing ADD Accountability. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive method. The results of the study found that the role of the BPD in the ADD planning stage in Kaligawe Wetan Village was to convey the aspirations of the community in the Musrembangdes and the role of the BPD in making decisions at the development planning stage which will be realized and then the decision is set forth in a village regulation that has been agreed with the village government. In the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation, the BPD also acts as a supervisory agency for activities, while at the ADD accountability stage, the BPD has the obligation to delegate that the implementation of ADD must run according to the applicable rules.
