Abstract

INDONESIA: Kepemimpinan Tarekat Qodiriyah Naqsybandiyah yang dipimpin oleh Syeikh Muhammad Abdul Gaos Saefullah Maslul atau yang dipanggil dengan Abah Gaos sebagai syaikh mursyid Tarekat Qodiriyah Naqsyabandiyah (TQN) di Pesantren Sirnarasa Ciamis). Kedekatan para ikhwan dengan kepemimpinan Abah Gaos sehingga para ikhwan mengetahui persis karakteristik kepemimpinan Abah Gaos dalam berkomunikasi dalam bentuk aktualisasi nilai-nilai tasawuf dalam kehidupan para ikhwan di Pesantren Sirnarasa Ciamis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) Otoritas kepemimpinan Muhammad Abdul Gaos pada Tarekat Qodiriyah Naqsyabandiyah di Pondok Pesantren Sirnarasa Ciamis. 2) Gaya Kepemimpinan Muhammad Abdul Gaos pada Tarekat Qodiriyah Naqsyabandiyah di Pondok Pesantren Sirnarasa ciamis. 3) Implikasi Kepemimpinan Muhammad Abdul Gaos dalam Pengembangan Tarekat Qodiriyah Naqsyabandiyah di Pondok Pesantren Sirnarasa Ciamis. Kerangaka berfikir yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Grand theory yang digunakan untuk melandasi penelitian ini ialah teori yang dikemukan oleh Max Weber tentang teori otoritas kepemimpinan. Middle theory, yaitu teori gaya kepemimpinan yang di gagas oleh Hersey dan Blanchard. Applicate theory yaitu teori yang menjelaskan tentang kontibusi kepemimpinan tarekat Peran/Kontribusi Kiai (Horikoshi). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis yaitu proses pemaparan data yang mendeskripsikan konstruksi dasar teori karaktristik kepemimpinan, lalu dianalisis secara kritis, serta mencari akar-akar pemikiran tokoh tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pertama, Otoritas kepemimpinan Muhammad Abdul Gaos Saefullah Maslul dintaranya: keteladan, kedisplinan, inspiring (kepemimpinan yang menginpirasi), kasih sayang (Kelembutan), Konsiten, Istiqomah, amanah, dan kejujuran. Kedua, gaya kepemimpinan Muhammad Abdul Gaos Saefullah Maslul dalam bentuk tipe karismatik dan demokratis. Ketiga, Implikasi Kepemimpinan Muhammad Abdul Gaos di Pondok Pesantren Sirnarasa Ciamis berimplikasi pada ranah formal dan nonformal. Temuan 1). Penulis menemukan secara struktural bahwa TQN Pondok pesantren Sirnarasa Ciamis tidak bisa dipisahkan dari nama besar di pondok pesantren Suryalaya Tasikmalaya Abah Anom. 2) Terlepas dari perdebatan status mursyid abah Aos, abah Aos menjadi suritauladan ikhwan dalam tarekat masa kini. 3). Teori kepememimpinya Webber bahwasanya Webber tidak bisa menjelaskan secara komprehensif perihal kepememimpinan dalam tarekat. Webber megatakan bahwasanya dalam kepemimpinan itu ada tiga hal yang pertama otoritas legal formal, otoritas tradisional, dan kharismatik. ENGLISH: The leadership of the Naqsybandiyah Qodiriyah Tarekat which is led by Syeikh Muhammad Abdul Gaos Saefullah Maslul or who is called Abah Gaos as the murshid shaikh of the Qodiriyah Naqsyabandiyah Tarekat (TQN) at the Sirnarasa Ciamis Islamic Boarding School). The closeness of the brothers and the leadership of Abah Gaos so that the brothers knew exactly the characteristics of Abah Gaos' leadership in communicating in the form of actualizing the values of Sufism in the lives of the brothers at the Sirnarasa Ciamis Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) The leadership authority of Muhammad Abdul Gaos in the Naqsyabandiyah Qodiriyah Tarekat at the Sirnarasa Ciamis Islamic Boarding School. 2) The leadership style of Muhammad Abdul Gaos in the Naqsyabandiyah Qodiriyah Tarekat at the Sirnarasa Ciamis Islamic Boarding School. 3) Implications of the Leadership of Muhammad Abdul Gaos in the Development of the Qodiriyah Naqsyabandiyah Order at the Sirnarasa Ciamis Islamic Boarding School. The framework of thinking used in this research are: The grand theory used to base this research is the theory put forward by Max Weber about the theory of leadership authority. Middle theory, which is a leadership style theory initiated by Hersey and Blanchard. Applicate theory is a theory that explains the leadership contribution of the tarekat. The Role / Contribution of Kiai (Horikoshi) This study uses a qualitative approach that uses descriptive-analytical methods, namely the process of presenting data that describes the basic constructs of the theory of leadership characteristics, then analyzed critically, and looks for the roots of the character's thoughts. The results of this study are First, Muhammad Abdul Gaos Saefullah Maslul's leadership authority: exemplary, discipline, inspiring (inspiring leadership), compassion (tenderness), consistency, Istiqomah, trust, and honesty. Second, the leadership style of Muhammad Abdul Gaos Saefullah Maslul: The leadership system is included in the category of transformational educational leaders. This is marked by Abah Gaos' ability as a boarding school leader to be able to answer various challenges, maintain a vision of a good pesantren and achieve it with high energy and commitment, and demonstrate personal qualities that refer to moral integrity. Third, Muhammad Abdul Gaos' Leadership Implications: this leadership style will have implications for the results obtained by an organization including the Suryalaya Sirnarasa Ciamis pesantren, especially in developing Tareqat Qadariah Naqsyabandiyah. ARABIC: قيادة TQN التي يقودها السيد محمد عبد الغوس سيف الله مسلول أو الذي يُدعى عبد الغوس باسم الشيخ مرشد TQN في مدرسة سيرناراسا سياميس الإسلامية الداخلية). تقارب الأخوين وقيادة أبا غاوس حتى يعرف الأخوان بالضبط خصائص قيادة أباه غاوس في التواصل في شكل تحقيق قيم الصوفية في حياة الإخوة في مدرسة سيرناراسا سياميس الإسلامية الداخلية. كان الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد وتحليل: 1) السلطة القيادية لمحمد عبد الغوس في TQN في مدرسة سيرناراسا سياميس الإسلامية الداخلية. 2) كان أسلوب القيادة لمحمد عبده متعطشًا لـ TQN في مدرسة سيرناراسا سياميس الإسلامية الداخلية. 3) تداعيات قيادة محمد عبد الجاوس في تطوير TQN في مدرسة سيرناراسا سياميس الإسلامية الداخلية. إن إطار التفكير المستخدم في هذا البحث هو: النظرية الكبرى المستخدمة في بناء هذا البحث هي النظرية التي طرحها ماكس ويبر حول نظرية سلطة القيادة. النظرية الوسطى ، وهي نظرية أساليب القيادة التي بدأها هيرسي وبلانشارد. النظرية التطبيقية هي نظرية تشرح المساهمة القيادية للطارق. دور / مساهمة كياي (هوريكوشي) تستخدم هذه الدراسة المنهج النوعي الذي يستخدم الأساليب الوصفية التحليلية وهي عملية عرض البيانات التي تصف التركيبات الأساسية لنظرية خصائص القيادة ثم تحليلها بشكل نقدي والبحث عن جذور أفكار الشخصية. نتائج هذه الدراسة هي أولاً ، أن السلطة القيادية لمحمد عبد الغاص سيف الله مسلول تشمل: القدوة ، والانضباط ، والملهم (القيادة الملهمة) ، والرحمة (الحنان) ، والاتساق ، والاستقامة ، والثقة ، والصدق. ثانياً: أسلوب القيادة لمحمد عبد الغص سيف الله مسلول: نظام القيادة مشمول في فئة القادة التربويين التحوليين. يتسم هذا بقدرة عبد الغوس كقائد مدرسة داخلية لتكون قادرة على مواجهة التحديات المختلفة ، والحفاظ على رؤية مدرسة جيدة وتحقيقها بطاقة عالية والتزام ، وإظهار الصفات الشخصية التي تشير إلى النزاهة الأخلاقية. ثالثًا ، انعكاسات القيادة لمحمد عبد الغوس: سيكون لأسلوب القيادة هذا انعكاسات على النتائج التي حصلت عليها منظمة بما في ذلك مدرسة سوريالايا سيرناراسا سياميس الإسلامية الداخلية ، وخاصة في تطوير TQN.
