Abstract
INDONESIA : Pembinaan perilaku diperlukan untuk menciptakan generasi yang berperilaku baik dan mencegah perilaku menyimpang. Perilaku yang diamalkan di SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta pada umumnya belum masuk dalam tingkat perilaku menyimpang. Hal ini jangan sampai membuat pihak SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta lengah, karena perilaku peserta didik SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta masih perlu dibina menyebabkan PAI berperan dalam pembinaan perilaku peserta didik. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini antara lain untuk mengidentifikasi program pembinaan perilaku peserta didik melalui PAI, pelaksanaan pembinaan perilaku peserta didik melalui PAI, evaluasi pembinaan perilaku peserta didik melalui PAI, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembinaan perilaku peserta didik melalui PAI, dan hasil pembinaan perilaku peserta didik melalui PAI di di SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta. Pembinaan perilaku memiliki tujuan supaya: manusia berperilaku baik, memperbaiki perilaku, membentuk manusia yang menjunjung tinggi norma-norma kehidupan, perilaku baik selalu melekat dan diaplikasikan dalam keseharian manusia, dan memotivasi manusia supaya berperilaku baik. PAI menjadikan peserta didik punya akidah kokoh, ibadah rajin, dan akhlak mulia, diharapkan peserta didik menjadi manusia yang baik dan selalu mengamalkan hal-hal yang baik pula. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, display data, interpretasi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Program pembinaan perilaku peserta didik melalui PAI di SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta terdiri dari pembelajaran, pembiasaan, penteladanan, dan ekstrakurikuler. 2. Pelaksanaan pembinaan perilaku peserta didik melalui PAI di SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta dilaksanakan melalui pembelajaran PAI, Tadarus Al-Qur’an, sholat berjama’ah, sholat Dhuha, infaq Jum’at, penteladanan perilaku baik, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Rohis. 3. Evaluasi pembinaan perilaku peserta didik melalui PAI di SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta terdiri dari evaluasi proses dan evaluasi hasil. 4. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembinaan perilaku peserta didik melalui PAI di SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta terdiri dari faktor pendukung internal meliputi sarana dan prasarana dukungan semua pihak sekolah, serta motivasi. Faktor pendukung eksternal meliputi lingkungan dan pemerintah. Faktor penghambat internal meliputi pendanaan, kemalasan, kematangan, dan kekurangan guru. Faktor penghambat eksternal meliputi pergaulan bebas, pandemi, dan media sosial. 5. Hasil pembinaan perilaku peserta didik melalui PAI di SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta membuat peserta didik memiliki perilaku religius, perilaku santun, perilaku disiplin, perilaku peduli, dan perilaku tanggung jawab. ENGLISH : Behavior development is needed to create a generation that behaves well and prevents deviant behavior. The behavior that is practiced at the 44 State Senior High School Jakarta is generally not included in the level of deviant behavior. This should not make the 44 State Senior High School Jakarta off guard, because the behavior of the 44 State Senior High School Jakarta students still needs to be fostered, causing Islamic Religious Education to play a role in fostering student behavior. The purpose of this research is to identify student behavior development programs through Islamic religious education, implementation of student behavior development through Islamic religious education, evaluation of student behavior development through Islamic religious education, supporting and inhibiting factors for fostering student behavior through religious education. Islam, and the results of fostering student behavior through Islamic religious education at the 44 State Senior High School Jakarta. Behavioral development has a goal so that: humans behave well, improve behavior, form humans who uphold the norms of life, good behavior is always attached and applied in human daily life, and motivates humans to behave well. Islamic religious education makes students have strong faith, diligent worship, and noble character, it is hoped that students will become good human beings and always practice good things too. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data display, data interpretation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1. The program for fostering student behavior through Islamic Religious Education at the 44 State Senior High School in Jakarta consists of learning, habituation, modeling, and extracurricular activities. 2. The implementation of the development of student behavior through Islamic Religious Education at the 44 State Senior High School Jakarta is carried out through learning Islamic Religious Education, Tadarus Al-Qur'an, congregational prayers, Duha prayers, Friday infaq, modeling good behavior, and Islamic Spiritual extracurricular activities. 3. Evaluation of student behavior development through Islamic Religious Education at the 44 State Senior High School in Jakarta consists of process evaluation and result evaluation. 4. The supporting and inhibiting factors for fostering student behavior through Islamic Religious Education at the 44 State Senior High School Jakarta consist of internal supporting factors including facilities and infrastructure that support all school parties, as well as motivation. External supporting factors include the environment and government. Internal inhibiting factors include funding, laziness, maturity, and teacher shortages. External inhibiting factors include promiscuity, pandemics, and social media. 5. The results of the development of student behavior through Islamic Religious Education at the 44 State Senior High School Jakarta make students have religious behavior, polite behavior, disciplined behavior, caring behavior, and responsible behavior.
